Especially on Saturdays.
And for those hoping for a cool place... forget about air conditioning.

15/06/2026: A lovely Piedmontese restaurant serving fresh, carefully prepared traditional dishes, especially the excellent appetizers. A good selection of wines, the modern and spacious atmosphere features a lovely terrace overlooking the greenery.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Prices are reasonable, with an à la carte menu and tasting options. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.

31/05/2026: I came back with a friend with whom we ate pizza the first time (EXCELLENT), tonight we tried the RESTAURANT, once again I found good cuisine with original and AUTHENTIC flavors.... Friendliness and professionalism in the background! COMPLIMENTS 👍.....Average prices: RECOMMENDED!

Everything that could go wrong did.
The appetizer was without bread, honey, or jam until we asked for it.
The bread was the worst we've had in Italy.
We ordered Valdobbiadene prosecco. They brought us Cava Conte 3. When I asked the manager (the man with glasses and a hat), he told me that was prosecco. (As if I didn't know that only prosecco is called prosecco.)
The pizza dough was incredibly salty.
All this for €80.
I understand they had a table for 30 people, but that's no excuse.
We've been wanting to go for a long time, and it was really bad...
Go somewhere else :(

We went here on Sunday, May 10, 2026, for lunch because we were drawn by the sandwiches in the window display while strolling along Via Po. The very kind lady asked us what we'd like, and after we'd chosen, she had the sandwiches heated up. We sat at the tables in front and under the portico. Two sandwiches and one water for a total of €9.50 (I think it was more or less). Inside, the rooms are decorated in a classic rustic style on the ground floor and one on the first floor. They also serve one-pot meals consisting of mixed vegetables with a second course, rustic pastries, cakes, etc. Clean bathroom. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: The gelateria is located in the newer part of Mondovì and is always worth stopping by for a gelato, even inside if you prefer. The consistency, variety, and originality of the flavors, and above all, the taste of "old-fashioned" milk make all the difference. The owners are truly kind and patient, even with the most hesitant of customers. The product's success is confirmed by the constant flow of customers.

11/06/2026: I went twice to get a proper assessment of whether my first impression was just a fluke. Unfortunately, the local specialty, fritto misto, is absolutely not up to par with even a mid-range restaurant.
Even other meat dishes and first courses, while less disappointing, cannot be considered as high-quality as the restaurant would like.
The service and location, however, are absolutely excellent.
10/06/2026: Really happy to have discovered this place. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent quality food, more than generous portions. A must-try.

14/03/2026: The restaurant is small, and since it's popular with tourists and Pinerolo residents, reservations are recommended to ensure a table.
The portions are small, perfect for those who enjoy sampling multiple appetizers during the same meal, a detail I particularly appreciated.
The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and despite this, the prices remain very affordable thanks to the high customer turnover.
The only downside is the limited space: the tables are a bit close together and it's cramped, but if they didn't optimize seating capacity so well, they wouldn't be able to offer such competitive prices while maintaining such high quality.
It's a small compromise, but worth accepting.
5 stars well deserved.

11/04/2026: We had a great time, the staff was very attentive and courteous.
We had an appetizer of stuffed zucchini flowers, cod fritters, and a focaccia with grilled octopus, burrata, and dried tomatoes. It was delicious.
Then spaghetti with clams
And a ravioli with cod.
A good Prosecco paired it with a great evening.
We'll gladly return.

14/06/2026: Excellent pizzeria and delicious food. A welcoming place with fresh colors and the interior decor. The place and restrooms are clean. I'd say the appetizers are good, as are the first courses, second courses, and especially the desserts. The pizza is the star, excellent and unique, with its many innovative flavors. There's also an outdoor terrace. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you're in the area, go and try their products, especially the pizza.
31/05/2026: So far, I've only tried the pizza, which is top-notch. The dough is good and digestible, and the fried food is excellent. I'll be back to try the sandwiches and first and second courses. TOP!
