13/07/2025: I stayed here in late June/early July with my wife, two children aged 5 and 2, and a dog. Overall, it was a truly wonderful and active holiday, thanks to what the area has to offer, but above all thanks to the organization of the days and activities by the legendary entertainer Vincenzo! I'd say this was the highlight and made the difference in making everything more enjoyable, also creating a great group of families. Vincenzo was always present and super helpful at every opportunity, but never pushy, both during the daily activities and during evenings at the hotel. For my son, he was "Vincenzio, the town boss," and he bonded with him very quickly; his friendliness and kindness are priceless! Regarding the hotel, I'd say: - the food was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices every evening. - the rooms were very beautiful and well-kept, except for the bathroom, which seemed a little older and, more importantly, had two rusty, protruding water inlet faucets in the shower (a small detail whose neglect is hard to understand, given the rest of the property's well-maintained facilities). - the staff were always very kind and helpful (the waiters were truly skilled and patient); the owners were often busy, too, and I didn't have a chance to speak to them to share my thoughts, but everyone spoke highly of them, especially Marika. - excellent location for all excursions and the Andalo park. - the pool area and spa were very beautiful (the children's pool was a bit limited). In short, everything was excellent. Thanks to the group activities, Vincenzo's extraordinary work, and the stunning surroundings, it was an unforgettable vacation!

13/07/2025: We're returning today from Andalo, where we stayed at the Cristallo Hotel for a week. We had a wonderful time. Marika is very professional and solves any problem, always with a smile and helpful. The reception staff is impeccable, the restaurant is superb, the wait staff exceeded expectations (Tommaso is exquisite!), and the food is top-notch. The food at the bar is divine, and they have everything! Impeccable service there too. Vincenzo from the entertainment team is incredibly friendly, entertaining in the evenings and accompanying groups on various excursions during the day. At the baby club, Nancy engages the children discreetly without being pushy, and she even managed to get my son to dance, even though he doesn't dance alone at home 😊. If we could, we would have stayed two weeks because the atmosphere is relaxed and the hotel truly has every possible comfort. I haven't found a single negative, and I'm quite picky about travel! Recommended? No, not enough! It's a guarantee!!!! We will be back soon, also because we have been going to Andalo for three years now, so after this experience they will see us again at the Cristallo!!!!!

24/07/2025: Everything was excellent, the atmosphere was charming but a bit cramped because it was often crowded.

22/08/2025: Despite the wait, they made up for it with the cereal pizza which was really tasty! The guys were very kind.

21/08/2025: I had dinner at this pizzeria on Monday evening. Although it was very busy, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The whole-grain pizza was really delicious!

13/05/2025: If you pass through Novara you absolutely cannot miss this experience.. GiÒBU ice cream is hands down the best ice cream shop in Novara! There is passion, research of ingredients and style in everything they create.. the pistachio cream is one of my favorite flavors, and if you want, they also put fresh ricotta on top of your ice cream.. I LOVE IT! They also make fresh cannoli.. so much stuff!

31/08/2025: A great find near Bene Vagienna, stumbled upon by chance after a visit to a flea market. Authentic, genuine cuisine that you'll remember fondly, excellent service, and fair prices. Attention to detail, like the cover charge with very good bread and breadsticks (which isn't the case, however), customer service without stress and persistence in offering. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Congratulations

02/08/2025: Perhaps a little hampered by its lack of a lakeside location, making it less crowded. This makes it a quiet place, and the friendly staff makes it very welcoming, despite the rather simple decor. 5 stars for the sandwich and fries, and the beer selection. Delicious burger, crispy fries, and wonderful food pairings.

07/07/2025: Very beautiful place, with charming people, in a typical Italian Alps town. The hotel also accepts dogs. We had a great time. The breakfast was really good, and homemade! We wanted to visit "il Valli di Lanzo", and they gave us good advice. Thank you!

29/06/2025: We were traveling by motorcycle. After two nights in France, we wanted to go to Italy. Upon arriving in the village, the hotel owner was already waving to us. The garage for the motorcycles was already open. After a cold local beer, he very accommodatingly organized dinner, reservations, etc. After checking into our room, we were so pleasantly surprised that we spontaneously decided to stay a second night. The breakfast was simply fantastic. Homemade cakes, fruit, and yogurt with honey, all lovingly prepared. Of course, they also served ham with scrambled eggs. We even received a suggestion for a day trip by motorcycle when we asked for recommendations and viewpoints. We all felt very comfortable and can 100% recommend the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

25/08/2025: Recommended by relatives, we had lunch there yesterday. The menu included three appetizers, a first course, and a second course, dessert included coffee. The dishes were beautifully presented, and everything was delicious. The trout roll with pepper cream made me think again about this fish, which I hadn't eaten in years. Well done, I'll definitely be back again.

24/07/2025: Hotel that also offers restaurant service to non-guests. Pleasant staff, well-kept and clean premises, and satisfactory food quality. The risotto requires a 15-minute wait, but it's worth it; it's perfectly cooked. The bill was reasonable for the menu. PS: The Barbera on tap was delicious.

03/07/2025: If, like me, when you go to the mountains you are looking for nature and simplicity this is the right place. A slightly old-fashioned hotel with minimalist room furnishings but with a fantastic location and very friendly owners. The food is simple but adequate. The quality/price ratio is excellent.
