13/05/2026: I've known this pastry shop for years, and each time they confirm their high standards for the quality of their products and service. I celebrated my retirement in April by ordering a delicious cake for 50 people with Chantilly cream, whipped cream, and strawberries, which everyone loved.

13/03/2026: You'll need a very friendly lady (I think the owner) who's available to talk to and will be happy to help you. They can serve both fresh and dried pasta. I tried the fresh ones, and I have to say they're truly excellent. I recommend you try them!

04/01/2026: T2T - Training to Taste - Our first visit to this restaurant was a pleasure. We found the atmosphere to be immaculate and clean. The wait staff was welcoming and available to offer descriptions and recommendations. Good training was evident, with significant results in both the wine and food service. The menu was simple, but perfectly cooked, served in attractive plates or pans. The taste was perfect, with no digestive issues: the ingredients were definitely fresh and carefully selected. The price was reasonable, without being overpriced. Congratulations.

07/06/2026: We ate here on our first day in Piemonte, where we have two objectives: eat good food and drink good wine. In one meal at 4 Ciance these were easily met and exceeded. The food was delightful: we had the four (6 really) course tasting menu: gazpacho and focaccia as amuse bouches, cockerel terrine, cod, seafood pasta (my favourite), veal cheek, a selection of local cheeses (my husband had the selection of desserts), and petits fours of cannoli and a little chocolate and raspberry tart. This was accompanied by a white wine from the region (grillobianche) which was light and minerally and accompanied the food perfectly. The service was fantastic - friendly and professional and attentive. The atmosphere was very pleasant - all the tables were full and everyone was enjoying themselves, but they were well spaced so you could have a conversation without needing to raise your voice; no doubt helped by the impressive vaulted ceilings. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, and we found it to be well priced too, given the quality of the ingredients and the cooking. Thank you for making our first night in Piemonte so enjoyable!

14/05/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide. A genuine gastronomic experience, excellent Piedmontese cuisine, with a surf and turf menu for 45 euros. Very good value for money. The vaulted setting is magnificent and the service impeccable. Don't hesitate!

18/05/2026: We went for dinner on Saturday night for the first time. It's a cute place, conveniently located. The entire menu is gluten-free and includes pizza, sandwiches, and crepes. The pizza is truly delicious, cooked in a wood-fired oven, crispy and soft just right! Highly recommended! My companion had the burger and fries, which was also recommended.

31/05/2026: Neither good nor bad. The gelato is decent, and the place is small, but that doesn't affect the rating. I do find it a bit negative to give the various flavors fancy names without explaining what they're made of. This way, you have to ask for each flavor, to see what they represent.

25/05/2026: Very clean ice cream shop, overlooking the small square in the center of Villastellone. The ice cream is delicious. A piece of advice, actually two, constructive ones: - Given the high temperatures in summer, it would be nice to have a small outdoor seating area to provide some shade, if possible, since the sun beats down on the entrance all afternoon. - An extra smile from the girls wouldn't hurt!!

12/05/2026: The cuisine: Refined dishes, always using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Pizza... They're truly delicious!!! The wine list is designed to showcase the local area.

02/05/2026: This restaurant is definitely on our ‘must return list’! The environment, staff, food and wine were excellent. I have a serious allergy to walnuts and pecans; the staff/owners were very attentive to this. I could eat all foods on offer with the exception of one dessert - remarkable as I usually get one option! Our visit here will be a part of making memories beautiful list. 17/05/2026: We had lunch here with a couple of friends and their daughter and had a wonderful time. The dishes were simple yet original, and everything was truly superb! I had the Grissinopoli, and it was the best I've ever had. The owners were also really kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
