09/08/2025: The menu is very varied; you can choose your pasta (rice, gnocchi, or pasta) and pair it with the ever-changing toppings. I tried the gnocchi with zucchini flowers, which were excellent! They also have a wide variety of appetizers, main courses, and homemade desserts. The owner is extremely kind and attentive. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Knights Templar and is friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

12/08/2025: Located in the old town of Biella, under the arcades, Due Cuori is a remarkable address for its cuisine, its service and its welcome. We had a delicious time.

05/08/2025: We went on the recommendation of an acquaintance. Five stars are truly deserved: from the moment we were welcomed, they took care not only of us but also of our dog, providing a pillow, water, and food. The service was impeccable yet family-like, in a very refined atmosphere. The food absolutely lived up to, if not surpassed, the previous reviews. Vitello tonnato, mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, and risotto were truly delicious. The perfect evening.

Quality meat, possibility to choose between different types of meat and also some vegan options, kind but not intrusive service, not noisy environment (but we went on a Tuesday night) we will definitely be back! Prices are normal considering the type of dishes, for two for: sliced ​​apple, cuberoll with side dish, two cokes, 1 water, 1 dessert and a coffee we spent 72 euros.

07/09/2025: Maurizio and Lorena are two wonderful people, with whom we had a wonderful experience, and who made our day special, carefree, and completely serene. We chose this venue for the food and the romantic/rustic atmosphere, which some photos don't do it justice. And then, as we experienced the day, we realized that it wasn't just the food, but the entire experience they created and how they accompanied us from the beginning of the preparations to the actual day. We could write for hours about how kind, helpful, and lovely they were. But special credit also goes to how delicious, traditional, and carefully prepared the cuisine was. All our guests were delighted and had countless compliments on the food, the venue, and the kind staff.

28/08/2025: Excellent farinata and delicious pan pizzas, fresh and abundant ingredients, personally I almost always order gorgo-onion-spicy salami, a delight 😋. It's worth a visit.

11/08/2025: The pizzeria is just like it used to be in the 1970s, with the same service as it once was (excellent, friendly, and courteous). The pan and farinata are good. There are better places, but at least the price is in line with the popular area (Borgo Vittoria). It's a guaranteed dinner saver.

10/08/2025: A restaurant with a terrace and a stunning view, very good food and service. I'm not giving it a 5th star because I don't think it's fair to force customers to order at least 2 courses (excluding dessert). Otherwise, a course would still cost 30 euros. The portions of the first courses could be a little larger.

20/06/2025: We return to this restaurant at least once a year to celebrate some anniversary. The place is really very well-kept, the staff is a cut above most of the restaurants we have been to. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive. The food is of excellent quality with selected raw materials. The owner is passionate and attentive to the needs of his customers. It is not cheap, but the choice is wide and you can eat well even without spending a fortune from classic pizzas to gourmet dishes. We are always very satisfied when we come and I continue to highly recommend it. For two tasting menus (more than satisfactory), two desserts, a glass of wine, water and coffee we spent €127

07/07/2025: Serata tra amici, una ventina, il ristorante ha qualche tavolo occupato oltre al nostro. La proprietaria (credo) ci consiglia di prendere Max 3 risotti perché e’ più semplice per loro organizzarsi. Scegliamo i 3 risotti e …. Non uno se ne salvava! Veramente pessimi tutti e 3. Era una base di riso bianco troppo cotto con sopra ma totalmente slegato il lieve condimento. Il tutto insapore ed insipido! In uno c’era anche un capello! Onestamente le recensioni sono tutte ottime e quindi siamo stati molto delusi ed abbiamo pensato o a recensioni fasulle fatte da amici o che in cucina non ci fosse il cuoco e qualcuno avesse improvvisato (male!) per evitare di disdire le prenotazioni! Purtroppo devo valutare l’esperienza terribile!

03/07/2025: I was for dinner a few weeks ago, the restaurant is located above Lake Mergozzo, a truly beautiful place. There were two of us, a black risotto and a lake fish, all good... good value for money... it is better to book and go a little early because there is little parking... the staff is kind and friendly.

16/07/2025: UÂO PIZZA was an exciting discovery. I ordered a simple Margherita, accompanied by water and a glass of white wine, and was truly impressed. The pizza was extraordinary: soft, well-leavened dough, a perfect crust, and above all, lots of fresh, abundant tomato. I asked the owner why so many other pizzerias always have scant and dry tomatoes, and he replied that many try to save money, while they don't: they use plenty and only choose high-quality ingredients. The place is small but welcoming, with attention to detail, a beautiful open-plan oven and large windows overlooking the street. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The price is also excellent (15 euros total). A 10-euro pizza!

29/07/2025: The food is very good and, importantly, filling. The price is still fair compared to many places that have become too conceited. It's a shame that some of the management doesn't do the place justice. However, it's highly recommended for any eventuality, subject to a €10 membership fee, valid from the beginning of January to December 31.

04/07/2025: English: Bad is a compliment. Beyond the mediocre quality food (greasy fried food with one rotten shrimp, ciupin that wasn't a ciupin but a mussel soup with a fish fillet, 2 shrimp and 2 cicadas, one of which was rotten) the terrible thing was the conditions of the kitchen and the chef. My table was right in front of the kitchen whose door remained open allowing me to see the dirt that reigned in that environment: super messy and dirty worktops, greasy cabinets and the floor was indescribable. The excess flour from the fried food was "shaken" onto the floor which was already reduced to a mess. From my table I was also able to observe how the chef worked and I must say it was a very sad sight since more than cooking he drank wine endlessly perfectly reflecting the conditions of what should have been his kingdom. The only positive note was the service. The waitress, clearly embarrassed for the chef, did everything she could to make up for his “shortcomings” by working with kindness and courtesy (even though she then put the bread I had left over at the end of the dinner among what could still be served to other unfortunate customers). She ruined a family evening that was supposed to be special, absolutely not recommended!!!
