Gorgeous restaurant! Highly recommended! The food is excellent, we recommend ordering at least the five-course option; the chef will surprise you with exquisite dishes. The service is excellent too!

Flawless dinner thanks to the extremely tasty food and the very nice and friendly service from Mehdi. The restaurant is very clean and quiet, the service has the right rithm and every dish was interesting and flavorful. We were coming from over 1h away and it was worth the trip. Excellent wine choices with a super cool wine cellar with 1000+ bottles.

Beautiful location in the hills surrounding Canelli. Excellent welcome and table service. We had lunch on Sunday, two of us, after booking via the app. Excellent food, with an innovative take on Piedmontese tradition. The staff was courteous and friendly, including Medi, who was very helpful and polite. We chose dishes from the à la carte menu, all of which were excellent. The wine list was good; we chose an Alta Langa sparkling wine. Excellent experience in a relaxed atmosphere. The price was in line with the quality of the food, and we were able to take advantage of the loyalty discount offered to The Fork customers who reach certain targets. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.

23/12/2025: The restaurant offers an intimate and romantic atmosphere, ideal for a special dinner. Its central location in Aglianico makes it easily accessible and perfect for an evening in the heart of the village. The menu is well-designed: portions are balanced, neither too large nor too small, and the offerings are thoughtful and interesting, with special dishes that stand out from the usual four while maintaining a pleasant connection to tradition. Also worthy of note is the cover charge, finally worthy of being called such: bread and breadsticks accompanied by slices of salami and, at the end of the meal, some very welcome chocolates. An added bonus is undoubtedly the extremely kind and attentive staff.

04/06/2026: We found this restaurant on Google Maps with excellent reviews. Upon arrival, we discovered the grilled meats were incredibly delicious. I suspect they were charcoal/wood-grilled; the sausages and beef patties had a crispy crust and a wonderfully smoky flavor. The ribs and veal steaks were tender and juicy, and the pork belly slices were thin yet flavorful, with a crispy texture and a wonderfully aromatic meaty flavor that was simply irresistible. The grilled chicken, however, was the most amazing dish. The skin was grilled to a thin, crispy perfection, and the meat itself was perfectly tender and juicy. Excellent value for money! The homemade digestif after the meal was also delicious! The restaurant is small but very well-maintained and has a beautiful ambiance! Furthermore, the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing invaluable assistance to first-time visitors like ourselves! I believe food truly is a bridge between people worldwide. Regardless of the language this review is translated into, or the country you're from, if you're traveling to Asti, this restaurant is definitely a top choice!
