01/05/2026: Excellent food, the quality is evident (both in the taste and in the digestion), and the prices are absolutely reasonable.
The restaurant is spacious, modern, and clean.
The staff is young and very helpful.
I gave it 4 stars because we found the service a bit slow (over a half-hour wait) considering it was a weekday evening (a Wednesday, around 7:30 PM) and the restaurant was practically empty.
Regardless, we'll definitely be back; it's a restaurant worth trying, with all its delicacies.

03/02/2026: This place isn't recommended for dinner (better for after-dinner drinks) due to both the limited options and the high price. The idea of using "psychological prices" (e.g., €6.90 - €5.90...) is a terrible one, as they sound like a joke. However, €6.90 (that's €7, to be clear) for a medium beer is expensive; you can find the same beer for much less. The only positive note was the very friendly waiter. Beware of those unfamiliar with Pinerolo and using GPS to get to the pub: you risk entering the historic area of Pinerolo, which is a nightmare from which you'll have a hard time escaping.

07/04/2026: We went for lunch, as we have done many times in the past, on Easter Monday. The menu was extensive and, as always, well-cooked. I'm a vegetarian, so they prepared an appetizer and a main course that I could eat. They also prepared a special menu for my daughter. Being able to spend time outdoors in the meadows, under the mountains and overlooking the sea, after lunch is always a great pleasure.
The only shame is that they should find a way to fix the access road for those arriving by car: it's very bumpy.
