A small trattoria seating about 60 people, it's a wonderfully family-run establishment, with a wide and excellent selection of fine wines, not to mention the truly excellent food. They also occasionally host themed dinners throughout the year, but reservations are required as seating is limited. Prices vary based on the menu.

We went there on a Saturday for lunch, with a fairly large group, to have bagna cauda. Everything was absolutely delicious, from appetizer to dessert! The bagna cauda was very enjoyable, served with a beautiful and fun bib! Highly recommended!

Today, four of us went to this place for a white truffle lunch. We had truffle eggs, truffle potatoes, and truffle plin pasta, as well as house appetizers. Everything was excellent, top-quality, and generously grated with truffle, without skimping. The desserts were delicious, and what can I say about the staff... kind and always smiling!!!! We'll definitely be back again, even for a simpler lunch. The location is simple but very welcoming. Cristina

06/04/2026: We had lunch at Osteria del Triass today (Easter Monday), so I can understand the long wait and the almost nonexistent service. What really disappointed me, however, was the bill...unfortunately, almost all the dishes were increased by €1.50 compared to the prices on the menu. Since we were with friends, we only checked the receipt on the way home. We're sorry for this disappointment, given the crowd of people there. Sometimes people prefer to lose face for an extra €10. If it wasn't intentional, I advise the owner to carefully study the prices.
