Original, excellent quality of both food and service...I have to say the make-your-own sandwich formula is truly spot on!!! Even gluten-free...a delight...the only downside is the slightly high price...but as we know, quality comes at a price.

What a great find! The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, the quality is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The idea of creating your own perfect burger is brilliant and engaging. The selection also includes premium and specialty meats (wagyu, venison, bison, etc.), and for those who don't like burgers, there's the option of Roman focaccia or other delicacies. The fries are delicious. The desserts are also good. The only small flaw is the music: a tad too loud and loud. Perhaps a slightly softer style would be more appropriate.

I tried it again recently, after a long time since the last one, and this time I liked it much more, especially the pulled pork, which was very flavorful and juicy, but not so much that it made the sandwich too wet.
I particularly appreciate the ability to build the sandwich however you like, offering a wide variety of options.

I loved everything about this place. However, the service stood out well above and beyond anything else. I can't wait to go back and have another one or three of those amazing Grimburgen abbey beers!

Weekday ladies' night at this place. The sandwich-making concept is great; there are so many different meats, some very unusual, some I'd never heard of! The plate came with fries, a very generous portion! The sandwich exceeded expectations; it was really good! The desserts were delicious, although we were expecting the classic churros to be dunked; the ones offered were made into balls and filled with Nutella. The place is very nice, quiet, with little traffic. Perhaps the only "disturbing" thing was the TV being turned up a bit loud. The staff is young and helpful. We'll be back!
