14/08/2025: Bad experience. We were two adults and a two-year-old. We asked if there was a high chair available and one was provided. After 10 minutes, the waitress came to tell us they had to take it away because it had been reserved by another couple and they only had one. So we tried to find a solution: the waitress offered us a pillow, which wouldn't have been enough for the little girl, so we asked for two, and they also only had one. By then, it was too late to move with the little girl, who was hungry, so we stayed. The pizzas were heavy and very salty. The potato gnocchi alla bava shouldn't have been served: the gnocchi dough was bad and had no flavor, drowned in cheese. During the dinner, another waitress came to explain that she had booked the high chair and her colleague didn't know about it. I don't think this is an acceptable excuse. To top it off, she also told us that families usually bring their own high chairs. I was shocked. What makes you think all families have an extra high chair they can bring? What makes you think all families have a car to carry one? This is a prime example of how families with small children in Italy have to make do, and if they can't, it's their problem.

20/08/2025: Good for lunch. Not the nicest waiter in Italy. A little hot inside on a summer hot day. But outside was too sunny at lunchtime. We did not stick around for coffee and got it elsewhere.

13/05/2025: Half a soy marocchino, without Nutella €2.70 ... this price is beyond words! I asked to fill only half a dose because the cup they were pouring it into was for a caffè latte and not a marocchino. In a low voice the staff commented that they had pointed out to the owners that the size of the cup was not adequate for the marocchino but it is clear that the intelligent observation of the employees was not taken into consideration in the slightest. In any case, even if it had been a full dose, €2.70 for a marocchino is not even paid in Piazza San Carlo in Turin! The owner replied that "we are the cheapest bar in Chivasso and the surrounding area", but it is clear that he has never set foot in any bar in Chivasso and the surrounding area since NO PLACE mentioned applies a similar price. Test and do your research before making unfounded statements.

26/07/2025: Nice place, but poorly maintained, especially the exterior; it could be improved. The pizza was too thin in the center, the crust was high, but the dough was good. The beer was flat and undrinkable. I pointed it out, and they changed it, but the second beer was the same as the first. The staff was friendly but poorly dressed. I don't know if I'll go back.

04/05/2025: Eravamo ospiti dell'Hotel, di cui avevamo già percepito la cortesia e la cordialità. A cena scopriamo questo locale caratteristico con personale sorridente e disponibile. Piatti tipici piemontesi, con possibilità per alcune pietanze di prendere una porzione ridotta. Ottima qualità del cibo, servizio impeccabile e curato. Per gli amanti degli amari buona offerta di amari tipici del Piemonte. Prezzo adeguato. Esperienza da ripetere.

06/07/2025: The restaurant is on the main street. Tables with red checkered tablecloths and plastic. Overall nice. We arrived hungry in the evening. The start was promising. We received a delicious antipasti salad with excellent crostini that went great with delicious prosecco and an excellent red beer on tap. The disappointment came with the second course. I ordered a hamburger that was reasonable and served with potato wedges that arrived cold. My wife ordered scolpini, which was prepared with far too much flour, the taste of which overpowered the dish, and served with potato cubes that arrived undercooked. We called the waitress over and explained that the dish was inedible. My wife asked for a hamburger instead. The hamburger arrived quite quickly, but it seems that due to the pressure to serve it quickly, it arrived almost raw and was inedible. In the end, they did not charge us for my wife's hamburger, which is the minimum required in such places. In conclusion: there are good products. There is a good will to provide service. You need to learn to ask at what level of grilling the hamburger should be prepared. And you may need to hire a cook with a better understanding of preparing meats.

26/08/2025: The place is average, nothing special. I think the service needs an overhaul, as they often lost reservations. The food, in my opinion, is the worst Japanese food I've ever had. Perhaps everything needs a bit of a revamp. I personally don't recommend this place. Too bad...

09/09/2025: I ordered three pans of takeout pizza... What can I say? Everything was simply PERFECT. When I ordered the pans, I was assisted and advised in a very kind and professional manner. When I requested a specific time and place for delivery, I was told there would be no problem, and that was exactly what happened. The pizzas arrived super punctual, piping hot, and were much appreciated by everyone. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT QUALITY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
