22/02/2026: This was an amazing experience! The restaurant is beautiful, food is great, and the service! Everyone friendly, funny and it doesn't matter that they don't speak much English, it's even better, you will always find a way how to communicate.
15/02/2026: We had lunch with some friends and chose a fish appetizer with both fried and raw fish, all delicious. We particularly enjoyed the raw fish and the extremely delicate mixed fried fish. We continued with two first courses (paccheri and spaghetti with squid ink) and desserts, especially the single-serving cassata. Regarding the quality/price ratio, it's worth noting that the prices are quite high for the area. The setting is nice, but the atmosphere is a bit cold. Yesterday (Valentine's Day) I would have put something colorful on the table or a few candles to add to the theme. But that's just my personal opinion. The wait staff was friendly and courteous.

04/04/2026: Couldn’t fault this place to be honest. The views are spectacular, the service was absolutely incredible and the food was delicious.
We’re beyond impressed with the service and how friendly the staff are. We were celebrating a special occasion and they made sure to remember and take care of us.
The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are perfect. The tiramisu was a highlight 😍
There is (paid) parking for anyone driving but you do have to get there early (and squeeze in)!!

Two people shared it, and the portions were so filling that we were very satisfied.
The food was delicious, and the seafood filling was plentiful, which was great.
When we paid the bill, they gave us a cute magnet as a souvenir.
Both our hearts and stomachs were full, and we felt great.

The portions were generous and very delicious! At the end of the meal, I received a Venice magnet. The magnet was also cute, and I was excited until the time I left. I'm glad I came to this restaurant!
If you're still undecided, I highly recommend giving it a try!

29/03/2026: Incredible room: it feels like being in an old cathedral.
A fairly traditional restaurant with old-fashioned, rather pleasant service. Fresh seafood. Be sure to order local fish and shellfish, as they also serve fish from all over Italy, and even Canada (not to mention salmon).
The wine list is moderately extensive. We had a Boca di Lupo Fiano from Avellino in Puglia, good, though somewhat technical.
22/03/2026: Aside from the lady who takes reservations over the phone and greets you at the door, who is truly unfriendly and unwelcoming, the location is truly beautiful, the food is high-quality, with truly sophisticated preparation, and the waiters' service is top-notch. The value for money is fair, considering the à la carte menu we ordered.
We'll definitely be back, booking via email so as not to interact with the lady who runs the place.

15/02/2026: We recently went on holiday to Taormina and wanted to hike up Mount Etna. On the way, we stopped in Zafferano Etna, where a woman recommended that we don't eat in Taormina, but instead in a beautiful place called Forza d'Agro. It's about 30 minutes from Taormina, nestled in the mountains with stunning views of the sea and Calabria. Incidentally, scenes from the film "Il Padrino" were filmed there! We had a wonderful meal at this trattoria, of course with fish, and the value for money was excellent! Highly recommended!

14/01/2026: I was in Sorrento on an organized trip, and I happened upon this restaurant by chance with some of my fellow travelers. The owner greeted us very warmly, saying he'd offer us both wine and bruschetta. We thought it was yet another tourist trap, where they sit you down and then charge you for everything, but they were true to their word: decent wine, excellent bruschetta, and delicious main courses, all reasonably priced (the seafood risotto was €20, which was also delicious). Highly recommended, especially for its excellent location; if I were to return to this beautiful town, I'd definitely know where to have lunch.
