01/04/2025: Truly stellar location, with attention to every detail, furnishings, position and air conditioning. Truly high-performing dining room staff, precise, punctual and polite. Complete wine list with the best labels and food/wine pairings. Shame about the menu, where honestly many pairings were almost a "provocation" despite the use of truly positive impact raw materials. The tastes need to be described and for the complete course menu offered by Lido84, an entire paragraph would be needed. Unfortunately, we were generally unhappy with what was offered to our palate; I repeat, not for the quality of the materials, but for the pairings that were truly difficult to appreciate if not from the scenographic side. Food is art and it is a shame for me to review this renowned haute cuisine restaurant in a way that is not totally positive. Kind regards, MF

17/03/2025: I was invited there for my birthday and was lucky enough to get a table when I was on Lake Garda for the first time and I have to say that I was very positively surprised by the course menu. The food and service deserve a 12 out of 10 and the visit will be a memory for a lifetime. The pasta cooked in pork bladder in particular was very, very good.

19/03/2025: Non andateci: può dare dipendenza !!!!! la prima occasione è stata qualche anno fa per un compleanno. Non siamo più riusciti a smettere e quando capitiamo a Rimini non riusciamo ad evitare di andarci. Bellissimo locale direttamente sulla darsena, piacevole sia in estate che in inverno, il titolare Stefano simpatico, gentile e disponibile, il personale attento e capace con particolare menzione per Andrea e Gilberta che coccolano i clienti dall'inizio alla fine. I piatti sono molto curati, abbondanti e altrettanto gustosi. Cantina molto fornita in grado di soddisfare chiunque. Tutto contribuisce a rendere speciale qualsiasi occasione di pranzare o cenare in questo ristorante; aggiungo che anche chi ci ha occasionalmente accompagnato si è sempre trovato molto bene.

10/04/2025: A place with a well-kept appearance and a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. I was welcomed with a very tasty entrée, potato croquettes accompanied by lemon mayonnaise. I chose chopped beef as starters, seasoned with a very delicate cream topping of dehydrated porcini mushrooms and the very tasty sour note of the giardiniera that accompanied the tartare. I also really enjoyed the sweetbreads with the mayonnaise trilogy. Lime, berries and garlic. Certainly worth taking. All accompanied by bread from your trusted bakery and a scrocchiarella focaccia proposed by the chef. Off the menu, the first course is a pleasant guinea fowl tortello creamed with orange butter and black olive crumble. Balanced taste. The tortello sheet is perfect, the citrus note is barely perceptible, the filling is good, but the taste of the guinea fowl is difficult to decipher. Overall very pleasant taste. As a second course, a very tender pork cheek accompanied by a classic creamed potato. Finally, a tasting of the à la carte desserts. If you take a starter, first course and second course, my advice is to opt for a single dessert. It's difficult to say which was my favourite, all good, but too full to fully appreciate them. What can I say, if you have come to visit the suggestive atmosphere of the city of Bolsena and its lake, not far from the historic center and the historic avenue of Via Nicola Colesanti, I suggest you try this place. From what I ate and from the table service, it is clear that capable and competent people work there.

07/04/2025: Top! I chose the pigeon menu and was thrilled - every component was perfectly coordinated. The double preparation of the pigeon with the liver bignè was a highlight. On recommendation there was also an excellent red wine and a delicious pre-dessert as a surprise. The ambience is stylish and fits perfectly with the luxurious, creative food on offer. Clear recommendation!

26/03/2025: A good seafood restaurant with some very nice plating, a non-trivial menu with really excellent homemade frozen desserts, competitive prices for the quality presented, given that the restaurant focuses more on quality than quantity. The only small negative note, I took a spaghetti of the day given without a minimum of plating, however. Excellent, I think an oversight. A nice place for special occasions
