01/07/2025: Unpleasant surprise, I sat at the table of this restaurant for lunch, I ordered a cut and a salad, a waiter comes to serve me and after 10 minutes exchanges a few words with me asking me where I came from, I tell him with great serenity that I was a waiter and that I worked at a restaurant a few meters from them, precisely the Altamarea restaurant. Even though I had said which restaurant it was, the same waiter started to speak badly of it, of the place of the food and of the owner and with great great ease. I asked him where he was from and instead he continued to speak badly of the restaurant where I work and in the presence of other customers at the tables. In the end I asked him who the owner was without letting him know that I would go to him to contest this behavior and the same waiter said that his owner is also not a good card because he is not from Giovinazzo... in the end I asked the same thing to a waitress who politely confirmed who the owner was, after which I got up from the table and went to the owner to pay the bill. Even after having told him everything I noticed a certain superficiality in solving the problem. But the thing I wonder is: where is all this professionalism that you show? Speaking badly of a colleague of yours nearby? You are from Giovinazzo and you feel you have the right to speak badly of others? Don't you notice that you are isolated from the world? That not even the smallest part of tourists come here because of your terrible culture? But why do you have to speak badly of others even if you don't know them? A waiter who speaks badly of others and even of his owner at the tables with such freedom and ease is unacceptable. I am convinced that if the father in a house speaks badly of others in the presence of his children, tomorrow his children will also do the same thing feeling entitled to do so and therefore in my opinion the owner of this structure is also a gossip and dishonest.

01/07/2025: Risotto ai ricci inedible (28€), it seemed to be made with cheese and non-existent sea urchins. Starters with low quality fish. Slow service… nothing like the previous times.

21/06/2025: We were at this restaurant last night and we left really enthusiastic. The place is beautiful, with attention to every detail and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a raw fish appetizer, cheese-filled tortelli and fried seafood: everything was simply fabulous. Very fresh raw materials, delicate but strong flavors, impeccable presentation. A special mention goes to Alessandro, the owner: very kind, lively and super friendly. He really knows how to make customers feel at home. In short, a top little place where we will definitely return! 💛

19/06/2025: We arrived without a reservation, the very kind owner went out of his way to find us two seats. Sublime food...a real enchantment. At the end of the dinner he took us into the kitchen to greet the chefs. I recommend booking. If you go to Riccione, dine there, the price is right for the high standard.

28/06/2025: Found by chance while we were heading towards Milan..we were on the highway and given the time, we searched on maps. Nice place and 5 minutes from the toll booth, place with internal and external tables, excellent food, very kind and patient staff, we hadn't booked and they found us a place anyway.. we will definitely be back.. find a negative note at all costs? The mosquitoes, but it's certainly not the place's fault, those are everywhere..

20/06/2025: The vongole and mussels were excellent - a fair portion. The spaghetti alle vongole was excellent. As was the baccalau on the tomato and pepper salsa. The availability of the Belgian wheat beer Hoegaarden in the wine country deserves praise.

18/05/2025: I was at lunch today as a guest with some of my dearest clients. Beautiful location with attention to detail both inside and out. Very friendly owner. The staff was very well trained, professional and attentive to the smallest details. We ate divinely from appetizer to dessert, including wine. We will definitely be back. 11/07/2025: What can I say? Amazing!! You eat practically right on the waterfront, the fish is fresh and delicious, the girls are amazing... excellent value. We stopped for lunch after a bike ride along the Cesenatico canal, and we had such a great time we came back that evening! Truly top-notch!!
