21/12/2025: Dinner after the conference, a fixed seafood menu. The restaurant is located in one of Genoa's most characteristic alleys. It retains the atmosphere of times gone by; you may or may not like it, but it's not banal. What I ate was delicious, exceptional (simple, not particularly refined, but just right, good, and tasty). I'm not an expert on seafood, but I was with people from various parts of Italy who appreciate this type of cuisine—everyone was very happy. When I return to Genoa, I'll definitely go to Vegia Zena. Even half of that atmosphere and the deliciousness of those dishes will make me happy.
20/12/2025: The pesto pasta was excellent! I couldn't wait to try it, and it exceeded my expectations.

21/11/2025: First time here, this restaurant was a surprise! We were warmly welcomed, and we had our Golden Retriever with us: @Summer_cane_ . They were super kind and attentive, placing the tables of guests with dogs not too close together. The dishes were exquisite, with extremely fresh fish. The first courses were also excellent, such as the fusilli with octopus sauce. And for those who want it, there's a top-notch wine list. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

09/10/2025: Excellent food, truly delicious, refined cuisine with unique dishes made with the freshest ingredients. Excellent wine list. If you're in the Trapani area, you absolutely must visit this restaurant in Paceco. It's a shame the service was so sloppy. They excused themselves by saying they were having a staffing emergency. However, the kindness never wavered.

09/12/2025: I returned years after my first visit and found it much better. It's located in Cervia's charming, pedestrianized old town. In winter, as in this case, there's a lovely fireplace. I tried the squid ink linguine and monkfish skewer, both delicious. Prices are average for the area for seafood. Recommended.
08/12/2025: The Osteria Il Cantinone is very much worth it and I recommend it because we had a great time with the food (excellent), the staff, excellent organisation, the very welcoming place and fair prices, we will be back soon

16/12/2025: Lunch on a Sunday with friends. I wasn't familiar with the place, so I relied on Google.
A very good choice. The restaurant is in a quiet location. The place is very beautiful, well-kept, and warm. We had lunch upstairs. Excellent, high-quality food, professional service, and average prices. Definitely worth trying again.
09/11/2025: Unfortunately, we were placed in a "room" that resembled a warehouse: cold, noisy, and heated by a pellet stove. As for the food, it was nothing exceptional—it was cuisine reminiscent of the '90s, without any particular flair. The service also leaves much to be desired: the girl who took the orders was kind, but the young man serving the tables didn't even know what he was bringing, which was quite a turnoff. It would have been helpful to at least give him some information about the dishes.
The bill: €80 per person for an appetizer, a main course, and two bottles of wine for €30 each. Definitely too much for the overall quality of the experience.

29/11/2025: We are two people and went there and didn't have a reservation. They were able to seat us since the reservations weren't till 8:30pm, we were there at 7:30pm. The food was very good, the staff was nice and accommodating. They brought bread to the table which was ok. When we got the bill they charged us 5 euro for the bread. There is no mention in the menu about a charge for bread. Be warned, that's all I can tell you. That's the reason for 3 stars.

26/08/2025: The beach restaurant is located on the seafront, with outdoor seating where you can even hear the waves. We ate very well (seafood tagliolini, seafood risotto, mixed fried fish, and peppered mussels). The staff were attentive to those with food allergies, and were friendly and helpful.
Tasty and authentic cuisine.
This is the second time we've returned in years, and we enjoyed both times.

10/11/2025: Diner with my love. It’s a cold night here in Gallipoli, 20 degrees but with a cold wind coming from the sea!
Totani are a type of flying squid, similar to calamari, but they are not the same. While both are common in Italian cuisine and often confused, they have distinct differences in texture, flavor, and how they are best prepared. As an entrée.
Tagliolini pesce spade con curvumen and swordfish for me.
