Avoid the open door. Given the cost of the pizzas, even if they are worth it. The owner could install an air conditioner in front of the door. A bit like Milan. Today it's cold here too and the drafts are worse than in the north. Next time I'll avoid that position in the corridor.

Spectacular pizzeria/burger joint! Passing through Palermo for work, it was a very pleasant surprise. The Violet pizza, with Neapolitan dough, was truly delicious! The dough was very light and
easy to digest, with high-quality ingredients! The atmosphere was welcoming. Superb organization despite the place being packed (on a Tuesday), and the staff were very professional and courteous. A must-visit next year if we have the chance again.

Without further ado, one of the best pizzas in Palermo.
The place is always packed for obvious reasons. The location is nothing special or beautiful, but it makes up for it when you sit down to eat. The products are top-quality and plentiful.
Wood-fired oven. Parking is always difficult to book.
Keep it up.
