07/12/2025: Ristorante Le Papere is a true gem on Lake Bracciano: a simply fabulous location, with a view that makes the experience even more special. The staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming; you can immediately sense their dedication to their guests. The food is excellent, with local dishes prepared with great care and respect for tradition. A place I absolutely recommend visiting.

28/11/2025: Kraft Restaurant 🌟A very nice and welcoming place, not large but with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff is kind, attentive, and always available. We had several seafood and meat appetizers, all beautifully plated and very good. The first courses were also appreciated by everyone. The attention to guests' needs was excellent: they allowed us to bring a vegan cake from outside, rightfully requesting a receipt and ingredients, and they prepared a special menu for two vegan women in our group. They also offered us a taste of non-alcoholic wine. A very positive experience, both for the quality of the dishes and the service. Recommended!

07/11/2025: A small, authentic trattoria just outside Marsala. Great atmosphere, wonderful and friendly service, and many local specialties. The Caponata Siciliana as a starter was especially delicious!

05/12/2025: At a famous local restaurant, we enjoyed the Venetian specialty, squid ink pasta. Located on the Adriatic Sea, Venice is renowned for its fresh seafood, but squid ink pasta is also a Venetian specialty. The fragrant sauce clung to the pasta and was delicious. The appetizer (we had the seafood tempura with olive oil, a taste unique to Italy) and the peach gelato for dessert were also delicious.

17/11/2025: And what can I say? It was a pleasant experience on a quiet Sunday that I hadn't been to in a while. We started with a raw and cooked appetizer, a catch of the day, and a mascarpone dessert. The owner is excellent, the chef takes care in the preparation of the dishes and does a great job. The service was courteous and prompt. The outdoor dining was a welcome treat, warmed by the warmth of the heated appliances. Yes, a proper, excellent restaurant. Thank you, not a goodbye, but a see you later!!!

12/11/2025: Too bad. Expectations were high, but the dinner was disappointing. The trio of raw fish dishes was good. But the first course, with zucchini flowers, sea urchins, and burrata, was truly disappointing. The sea urchin flavor was absent, and the pasta was overcooked. Another negative, in my opinion, was finding €3 for service and €3 for bread on the bill. As far as I'm concerned, it's not worth repeating.

18/11/2025: On a random Saturday night with friends, we all ordered pizza (after a painstaking selection from the menu, which boasts over 50 different pizzas). Overall, everyone gave us positive reviews, and I personally found it delicious, with excellent ingredients. The only downside was the noisy dining room, with a noisy group, which left little room for conversation at the table.

06/10/2025: Gilberto's desserts are guaranteed to tempt you! The hospitality, food, and heavenly setting justify the distance from the port, which is also compensated by the 5-star shuttle service. Maria Tindara gets top marks!

28/09/2025: We just had a unique weekend! As soon as we arrived on Vulcano, we rented the legendary Mehari from Paolo and immediately headed to our peaceful oasis on Vulcano Piano! Maria Tindara is the most authentic place you can find on Vulcano! It's outside the port, true, but it's perfectly located halfway between Gelso and the port! The dinner was spectacular, an explosion of flavors! Save room for the desserts because they are incredible and definitely made with love! Gilberto was attentive to our every need, even recommending a truly unique spot with a breathtaking view of the islands and the crater rim to your left—a spot that rivals the climb up the crater the day before, and definitely less tiring! The rooms are simple and authentic, and in the evening you're only accompanied by the chirping of the cicadas! We'll always come back!

10/12/2025: I've been to this restaurant twice already. Once, I asked for the tasting menu, and the other time I chose freely from the menu. Both times, they were sublime experiences, featuring food made with high-quality ingredients, paired truly excellently. The wines offered by the glass are also top-notch. The service is also excellent.

10/11/2025: After having been there 2-3 times in the past where we enjoyed it, I chose to have my Birthday dinner there. Terrible experience this time. The service was almost non existent. Most of the staff were rather grim and hardly attended our table unless we asked for service. The big raw fish selection costs more than EUR 70,00 per person and for that price you should be able to expect a bit of service. I will not go back. There are many fish restaurants in Fiumicino. Stay away from this one. Overpriced and sloppy and without service.
