27/06/2025: We found this restaurant thanks to the bus driver. We ate divinely raw fish, oysters, hot and cold seafood appetizers and a nice fried calamari and anchovies, all delicious, compliments to the owner and thanks for the truffle offered.

23/06/2025: This was the most delicious restaurant during the 4 days in Viareggio. It was full of the flavor of fresh seafood. In fact, there is no special technique, but it is intuitively just a delicious place. Two men and a woman ordered 3 dishes, and although the portions were large, they were delicious and we were able to eat them all. The seafood carbonara was particularly impressive. The spiciness of the peperoncino cuts through the greasiness, so I think it will suit the Korean palate well. The bacon also went well with the seafood, creating a good balance. The vongole and grilled squid were also better versions of the already familiar delicious flavors. The staff was also friendly.

The pizza is particularly noteworthy: The dough is made with a biga starter and given plenty of time to mature – the result is a wonderfully aromatic, wholesome, and perfectly baked pizza with a unique texture. The pasta dishes and other dishes also taste authentic and are prepared with love. Here, the cooking isn't just done; it's done with passion. You immediately notice that quality, naturalness, and tradition are paramount. 21/06/2025: Truly a great discovery. Went for dinner with work colleagues suggested by friends from Padua, everything was good especially the ice cream good creamy and not frozen. Just outside the center, with the car ok with the taxi a little out of the way! To return to try the calamarata! Booking is always better!

30/06/2025: Typical Italian seedy bar. No hello upon entering, no goodbye upon leaving. I have to get my beer from a fridge at the entrance. I pay and open it with my key fob because the bartender wasn't even moving. Avoid if possible. Edit to answer: I don't know the hours of each business. I went in because it was open, and it looked like a normal bar, with a bartender at the bar and everything. I asked if I could have a beer, please, in Italian, and the bartender, after looking at me with disdain, raised an eyebrow, pointing to a fridge. "What would you do? I'd get a beer." And after waiting a while, I asked him to open it for me. With a minimum of politeness and courtesy, nothing would have happened. But it's obvious I'm a foreigner. I'M MORE LOST THAN AN OCTOPUS IN A GARAGE. EDUCATION, PLEASE

My room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with a lovely view of the garden. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and served in a beautiful setting. This hotel is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined stay in the Italian countryside. I will definitely return!

18/05/2025: Nice place, few tables but very large and comfortable. The intimacy of the place allows the staff to be very present. Professional, fast and very courteous. We ate tagliolini with venison salmi sauce, one word: ecstasy. The pasta is made by them and the sauce is sublime. Combining the two things makes a high-level dish. Compliments to all the staff. If you are in the area, it is worth stopping by. We will definitely be back.
