Nice place, friendly, fast, and professional service.
Wide selection of dishes, but definitely more expensive than other places I've tried, considering the somewhat oversized portions.
The shrimp were excellent, but I would have preferred them to be scored (if not cleaned) and not just seared whole.

A very nice, traditional restaurant. High-class, very friendly service, and wonderful cuisine.
Unfortunately, we didn't get a table until 9:15 pm on Holy Saturday, which was a bit late for us to eat. I would have loved to have some dessert otherwise.
The only vegetarian option I found was gnocchi au gratin (absolutely delicious). The friendly chef who took our order would certainly have been able to prepare something else.

Outstanding cuisine and impeccable service. The Nudo e Crudo was incredibly fresh, and the caponata with cocoa was a masterstroke of balance. A true highlight was the Cous Cous alla Trapanese with its rich, deep fish broth.
My evening was elevated by the exceptional Francesco Intorcia Heritage wine line: from the bone-dry Vergine (no sugar) with the raw fish to the Ambra Semisecco with the couscous. The finale with Tiramisù and the dessert Ambra Dolce was the perfect conclusion.
Special recognition to my waiter (a Black gentleman) for his remarkable attention and professionalism—he truly made my evening unforgettable. A pure gastronomic delight!
