It looks like a typical neighborhood restaurant, but it's not. Meticulously prepared with excellent, carefully selected ingredients. Excellent wait staff to guide you through your choices. Prices are moderately high, but that's okay.

I was tempted to keep "Da Michele" all to myself, but I couldn't resist sharing this little Roman gem! The staff is simply impeccable: kind, attentive, and highly competent, they make you feel right at home. The food? Simply top-notch! Top-quality ingredients, prepared with a perfect balance of tradition and innovation. The portions are generous, so you'll leave feeling more than satisfied. The wine list is top-notch and offers a refined selection. The atmosphere is quiet, with well-spaced tables, ideal for a relaxing dinner. Even the bathrooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, which is no small detail. And finally, the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the place. In short, a true gem in the heart of Rome! Ciao!

Everything was top-notch. The welcome was excellent, the service attentive but not intrusive, the fish was fresh and carefully cooked to showcase the ingredients. Excellent wine selection.

We dined at Michele's on a Friday evening and were thoroughly impressed. We were served by several different staff members, each with courtesy and professionalism. The food veers between innovation and tradition, with sometimes astonishing results (the combination of Roman-style and Jewish-style artichokes is a prime example). The recommended wine (a pure Bombino from the Vejo area) was also spot on. But what's most impressive is the passion the entire team brings to the table: sharing their culture and experiences through food. Finally, the prices are not cheap, but they're fully commensurate with the dishes.

Excellent Not much to say. I found a table at this unfamiliar restaurant (for a business dinner with 12 foreign guests) almost by chance, and as luck would have it, it was truly delicious! In addition to the professionalism and kindness of the owner Marco and all the staff, the food was presented with class and great attention to everyone's requests and expectations. Excellent and very fresh fish. The combination of Roman cuisine and the freshness of a gourmet approach is interesting. Excellent wines. The price, in my opinion, is super fair.
