10/12/2025: Exceptional lunch. We chose the five-course tasting menu: a magnificent array of flavors, full of surprises, and excellent ingredients. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The chef was always present at the table, reflecting the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere.

04/12/2025: Even though the location is very nice and the food is very good, something happened to me that has never happened to me in my life! I frequent places like this, and about three months ago I went to Martinatica for the first time with someone who, alas, is to be forgotten. The service was good, except for the fact that the welcome and the description of the dishes are carried out like in a theatrical comedy that is a bit too artificial... and it really tastes fake, but aside from that, which is subjective... (I don't like it very much), last night I went back with my partner to celebrate my first month with her, hoping for a different evening: in reality, unfortunately, it turned out to be different! We had been sitting for a moment when the chef, a certain Mr. Francesco, came to the table with the air of a fellow diner rather than a professional and said: "Welcome back!" as if he had been a friend of mine for 30 years! My partner immediately, rightly, asked me: "So, have you been there before? Who did you bring?" And I said: yes, sorry, I was there with a crazy woman... but I wanted to have a good memory of this place by returning with you! I believe that if a serious and prepared professional "recognizes" a customer in his place who has been there previously but only once, he SHOULD NEVER make any mention if the customer returns with another woman! But that's not all: after 5 minutes this gentleman comes back to our table, gets almost on his knees and, almost resting his chin on the table, addresses my partner in a very confidential manner: do we know each other??? If it wasn't an important date of ours, I would have stood up and said: NO, SHE KNOWS ME! ​​ANY PROBLEM? My partner was shocked! And she said to me: look, I've never seen him, but who knows this guy! And I replied: he came because you are breathtakingly beautiful! A PLACE TO FORGET

09/12/2025: ⸻ Osteria del Gusto – San Giovanni Valdarno Excellent seafood lunch! The seafood appetizer was fresh and tasty, the seafood paccheri and scampi ravioli were truly delicious and beautifully presented. The light and crispy fried fish was the icing on the cake. Service was fast, attentive, and very attentive. Highly recommended! 🌟🍽️

Here, you can experience the atmosphere of an "old-fashioned restaurant," with attention to the smallest details as well as knowledge of the local area and its traditional specialties. 04/11/2025: Thanks to a bonus I got on a website (it’s mentioned in the photo), I decided to go out for dinner. The seafood was amazing — especially the shrimp. Didn’t spend it all, of course, but this dinner made the evening feel special.

23/11/2025: Go instead to "Mare Magno" or "La Zucca," the only truly good restaurants in Venice at reasonable prices. Here, the setting is very pleasant. A small Venetian square with its timeless charm. The service is adequate. But the pasta and pizza are a disgrace to Italian cuisine... as in most Venetian restaurants. This restaurant seemed less of a tourist trap than others, but it's the same (low) standard as most. A pizza that doesn't look like much (look at the white crust and the puddle of cheese). Pasta with a sauce that separates and where the only five pieces of mushroom are all placed on top to deceive the customer. Unfortunately, Venice is overrun by foreign tourists who are either unfamiliar with the cuisine or just passing through and don't need to be loyal customers. The result: restaurants that are quite disappointing compared to the great tradition of Italian cuisine!

28/11/2025: This was our first visit in Venice and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay. All of the staff were lovely and extremely helpful with any questions. The room was comfortable and spacious and was cleaned up every day and we really appreciated the free bottles of water left for us. We also loved the location! Great bars/shops/restaurants in the nearby area. We'll definitely be coming back here if we ever return to Venice!

03/12/2025: On our last night in Milan, my wife and I chanced upon this restaurant for a late dinner. Even though we were the last customer of the night, we were still given impeccable service and absolutely delicious food. All the seafood were fresh and cooked perfectly, and they were reasonably priced. If you're looking for a restaurant that serves great Italian seafood, friendly service with a reasonable price, then look no further. Highly recommended.

Average/high quality-price ratio. Inside, the volume of customer conversations at various tables can sometimes be a bit loud, causing a bit of a nuisance: to speak to your fellow diners, you have to raise your voice a bit. Well, maybe I wouldn't choose this restaurant for a romantic candlelit dinner... Everything else is fine. The fifth star is missing because the fried fish wasn't up to par: too sparse, both in quantity and type of fish... Recommended. Thank you 🙏
