02/04/2024: Nice food in a nice garden. The service was good. They mixed some tables so we had the amuse bouche twice. And we enjoyed it. Regarding the other dishes: The BBQ parmigiana was great, a bit Smokey but nice. Also the swordfish was excellent, although it was a bit boring compared to the other dishes. I can absolutely recommend the Riso al Forno. But, disappointingly, the espresso was cold when it arrived, so for the coffee: only okay-ish. Still, I’d come back any time I’m around.

The food is delicious to say the least: Caciucco and Moscardini with yesterday's bread, a good white wine and the evening was perfect knowing the owner, a cheerful and fun person. Advised

02/10/2023: Dopo essere stati al caciucco blues a giugno ed essercene innamorati, siamo ritornati ad ottobre e Francesco non ha fatto altro che confermare le sua grandi capacità.. La cucina è prelibata, frutto di ricerca, che si caratterizza per il perfetto equilibrio di sapori e incontri anche contrastanti.. Si. Mangia bene in molti posti, ma qui siamo su un altro livello..la passione si sente nell'armonia con cui ogni ingrediente è dosato alla perfezione.. Sublime.. Non per tutti i palati, perché Occorre saper accettare Francesco e il suo mondo, che a mio parere è onesto e prezioso. Chapeau!!!!

Truly very interesting menu, we personally let ourselves be guided on a tasting journey by chef Vincenzo Well what can I say, everything was delicious. The professionalism of Massimiliano and Giuseppe was greatly appreciated and with their professionalism they literally pampered and guided us throughout the evening. Super-stocked wine list, with Italian and foreign excellence. I recommend the prawn tartare as well as the cuttlefish tartare with crispy chicory; first courses with the right balance of flavors enhancing the quality raw material. If you love good food you absolutely must stop by this place! Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful evening Nicholas!

01/04/2024: Siamo andati al Bue Marino nella zona secondo me più carina di Bisceglie vicino al castello. Occhio alla ZTL! abbiamo preso 3 primi come i paccheri e un maltagliato Tutto molto buono ma le porzioni soprattutto dei paccherri e il prezzo ( 2 porzioni 40 euro) secondo noi un po troppo. Secondo come frittura di mollame 20 € e di gamberi e calamari( 15). Comunque per i prezzi allego menu. Personale gentile e veloce. Giovanile ed educato. Abbiamo speso 140 euro con un vino bianco " l erbaceo di gravina a 21. Coperto 2.50. A parte il costoso pacchero ,ci ritornei. Accettano cani piccola taglia.
