25/06/2025: I returned after years and I have to change my review because over time restaurants tend to get worse, well here at Muraya there is the exception that proves the rule and from 4 I have to give 5 stars. Spectacular restaurant, sincere and delicious cuisine, elegant but comfortable environment without unnecessary sophisms. When I come to Bari after having taken a walk in the spectacular old city and a passage on the most beautiful seafront in Italy, I will always stop in this jewel a stone's throw from the center with the certainty of eating excellently and never paying more than is right.

A large, bright place, with a convivial atmosphere, that welcomes you with a long counter where hundreds of corks rest in transparent containers, like relics of past toasts, each with a story to tell. a glance that says a lot: here the wine of Valpolicella is not served, it is celebrated. The menu is an invitation to travel between land and sea, between tradition and taste. There is zero-mile meat, there is fresh fish, there are pizzas, cooked with skill in the wood-fired oven. Everything speaks of balance, passion, attention. I chose a classic that never disappoints: the mixed fried seafood. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Small and tender squid, meaty squid rings, juicy prawns, all wrapped in a light golden brown, dry, fragrant like a coastal breeze. A generous portion, to share but hard to pass up. 05/07/2025: Sunday lunch after a stay in Borgo San Lorenzo and returning to Bologna. Excellent cuisine. Excellent service, attentive and fast considering that they arrived at 1:00 pm and it was completely full. I recommend booking a day in advance as we did. Excellent fish cooked with mastery. Very scenic dishes. Everything perfect and, considering that it can be reached in less than an hour from Bologna, we will definitely return.

03/06/2025: We had dinner at the grill, everything was excellent and the staff was very kind. I can't give the maximum because the wine is not stored in a suitable environment and is served "hot". I tried to explain that red wine should be served between 14 and 16 degrees but they don't even listen to the advice of a sommelier, only for this reason it can't have the maximum rating.

02/05/2025: First day in Ischia as soon as we arrived despite almost half an hour before closing they welcomed us with kindness and friendliness... attentive and punctual service excellent food... organized for gluten free... home made appetizer with a lot of choice and variety of vegetables for the gluten free option... excellent ravioli stuffed with black pig under a "sheet" of colonnade lard... tender and very tasty kebabs accompanied by potatoes, price in line with the quality of the products…highly recommended
