21/07/2025: Delicious! The portion was truly filling. The restaurant is located on a narrow side street with plenty of shade. The service was also good. Just a bit pricey.

22/07/2025: As guests at this restaurant, we were treated with a complete lack of respect and consideration. Despite having empty tables available, the staff refused to accommodate our larger group by arranging tables together or offering any alternative solution. When we requested assistance, we were dismissively told to simply wait in the shade, and this response was delivered in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Due to this unacceptable treatment, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere rather than support an establishment that shows such disregard for its customers.

20/07/2025: Ein tolles und sehr gemütliches Restaurant mitten in Peschiera mit sehr leckerem Essen, nettem Personal und guten Preisen. Die Portionen sind groß, der Service ist zügig und sehr freundlich und man sitzt sehr romantisch mitten in der Stadt. Wir waren 2 x hier und kommen gerne wieder!

25/08/2025: I went to this restaurant with two friends for dinner. The staff was kind and welcoming. They offered us bruschetta with chickpea hummus and olive pâté. It was delicious, but it was a shame the bread was stale. I mentioned it to the waiter, and he said it was toasted, but we almost lost a tooth. Regarding cleanliness, my fork was dirty with cheese. I asked for a replacement, but unfortunately the second fork was also dirty, but with sauce. We ordered three different first courses; the pasta was subpar because it was rubbery. Regarding water, we asked for still water and they brought us a bottle dirty with limescale and filtered water. After the experience with the first courses, we decided not to order anything else and left. I definitely won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

24/08/2025: A hidden spot, uncrowded, and best of all, spectacular food! On my last day in Italy, I couldn't have had a better experience. I tried the pasta, and my husband, who isn't a big fan of pasta, ordered the fish... and it was on another level. I'm so grateful to have found such a good place. We loved it so much that we ended up having lunch and dinner right here, and it's just a block from our hotel! A taste I'll remember.

06/09/2025: Maggots on food - My husband and I visited this restaurant in September while on our honeymoon. The place looked charming, especially the courtyard seating, which initially drew us in. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse due to poor service and a serious hygiene issue. We ordered the seafood platter, which was quite expensive (around €50). Partway through the meal, we noticed maggots crawling on the food. We discreetly brought this to our server’s attention, not wanting to cause a scene, though it was obviously disturbing. The server removed the plate without much of a response, and later the manager came by and casually offered to bring us a new platter—“without maggots this time.” Needless to say, we had completely lost our appetite…. What shocked us most was that the dish wasn’t even taken off our bill. At any reputable restaurant, something like this would be handled with far more care and accountability. We would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

02/09/2025: From the location to the service, to the food, everything was perfect. The stuffed zucchini flowers are absolutely delicious! Reservations are highly recommended, otherwise you risk having to wait in line!

03/09/2025: Everything was excellent. The appetizers were fresh and very good. As was the raw ham. The mixed seafood was delicious. Soft and not at all greasy. Perfect service. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the pleasant lunch.

22/08/2025: The building is dated but well-kept and clean. The rooms are comfortable, although those with a sea view are brighter. The hotel offers free parking and a shuttle service to Sorrento, a town that unfortunately doesn't offer free parking to tourists, but rather pays for €2 per hour. The staff is friendly, and the hotel offers beautiful views. There's a bar, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. I highly recommend it, especially considering the reasonable price for the area and the high season.

19/08/2025: We booked for Ferragosto, certain of previous experiences where we had a great time, I must say that the place is really very welcoming but, this time we didn't eat well at all, apart from the grilled fish which was really very good, the rest was not great both in flavour and quantity, minimal appetizers for 5 adults a dish of mussels in white with no flavour, not to mention the fregola and the paccheri, raw, and the flavours non-existent a dish on top of that for 5 people I find absurd, the only positive note was the service excellent, shame we expected something more as it has always been 😞

17/08/2025: While on vacation in Cagliari, we discovered this restaurant, Da Paolo. We were greeted by smiling and welcoming waiters and waitresses. The well-maintained, airy, and bright atmosphere and the dishes were prepared with skill and, above all, love. We ordered the Sardinian fregola and the fried calamari, which deserve praise. It's a restaurant you'll want to return to again and again.

18/07/2025: We found it by chance while admiring the view of Lake Candia, which it directly overlooks. We tried parking in the large adjacent parking lot and were seated. A wide selection of crudités, appetizers, meat and fish first courses, and meat and fish second courses. A basket is brought with delicious carasau bread, whole grain rolls, and breadsticks. We tried a fish first course, delicious and plentiful, and a slice of aged beef, truly delicious and tender, with baked potatoes. There's also a wide selection of wines to choose from. Excellent service: friendly and discreet, they understand your needs and offer the best advice. Stunning location. We chose to eat outside, of course, under the pergola, overlooking the lake with the colors of the sunset. Despite being on the lake and overlooking the garden (full of mosquitoes), thanks to a system, you can eat without being disturbed by insects at all. Fabulous view and quiet. Prices are average; for two, a glass of wine and a coffee cost €43, including meat and fish pasta. Everything was excellent; we definitely recommend it.

13/07/2025: I'm here for a wedding, and the venue is excellent. A special mention and a huge compliment to the professionalism and expertise of the event staff. They're truly talented and competent. Unfortunately, I live in another province, but if I ever come back to Mazzé, I'll definitely stop by your place again.
