26/11/2025: I've reviewed BRISS in the past, giving it 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, there's no sixth star, because this seafood restaurant fully deserves it. The ingredients are always excellent: whether cooked or raw, the fish is top-quality. In the hands of the legendary "Chef Fabriss," this quality is transformed into truly extraordinary dishes—as they used to say on TV: "Seeing is believing!" In every course, the various components blend perfectly, creating an impeccable balance of flavors. The appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts reach the level of truly Michelin-starred cuisine. The service is attentive and prompt, while the plating is a true choreography of food, so carefully crafted that the eyes begin to feast even before the mouth begins to feast. In the year since my last review, I've been back dozens of times and have never been disappointed. 24/11/2025: A place for a special occasion. From the excellent food to the excellent wine selection, and no less so, the attentive staff. A place worth trying. We tried the Freschissimi raw fish, and the dishes that followed were truly a delight. We'll definitely be back to make a great impression.

11/10/2025: Alessandro and Alessandra have always been my go-tos. And not just for the varied raw fish dishes unlike anywhere else in the world. The location is enchanting, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and the owners often come to the table to check the opinions of those enjoying their dishes. The wine list is amazing. If there is a God of Taste, then he lives here.

17/10/2025: Found by chance. Welcoming atmosphere, multiple owners. Excellent quality and well-prepared food. Reasonable price: quality doesn't cost too much at this place.

14/10/2025: The gnocchi with honey, gorgonzola and nuts was unreal. Would go back just for that. The rockmelon and prosciutto were super fresh. Friendly service.

13/12/2025: Oh, this is a very unusual little place. We arrived right when it opened and were very lucky to have a seat. This tratoria is loved not only by tourists but also by locals (and that's a good sign). The tables fill up very quickly, and a line forms, even in the off-season, even though the neighboring restaurants are empty. The food! Delicious! The liver and meat were amazing! And the waiters are so colorful! How deftly they navigate the tables laden with dishes. I highly recommend it; if you're looking for delicious food, this is definitely the place to go.

In two hours she was already done, giving me a wonderful new look ❤️ Very kind, courteous, professional, she listened to me patiently and was able to best interpret my tastes, giving me excellent advice. 28/10/2025: First off: If I could, I'd give it even more stars! We went to this wonderful restaurant for lunch as a family with our little daughter. The staff's friendliness is simply unbeatable. So kind, attentive, and child-friendly. The food and drinks were also delicious and plentiful. The value for money is excellent. We have rarely been treated so warmly and courteously in a packed restaurant. A top recommendation and our highlight in Cagliari <3

07/09/2025: We came here on vacation for a few days, and we had a great time! The staff was very kind and helpful! A special mention goes to Lorenza, who pampered us during our stay and fulfilled our every request. The place is truly relaxing and quiet, surrounded by greenery, just steps from the sea and towns like Ortona and Vasto. The breakfast is delicious, with both sweet and savory options. The company of the dog and kittens made this experience even more enjoyable. :)

08/12/2025: A pleasant experience. The setting is well-maintained and elegant. I liked the entrance, which feels like a pier for boarding a boat. Regarding the menu, I must say I was particularly impressed by the cacio e pepe with red shrimp tartare. The raw fish was standard fare, with little variety and lots of carpaccios/tartares. Other diners thought the appetizers were really good; the first courses, like the seafood risotto, were less popular, though it was still good, let's be clear. The service was a bit lackluster in my opinion: there was little welcome or interaction with other diners, and we weren't greeted upon leaving. I don't feel like giving an overall negative review; I'm sure they'll pay more attention to this aspect. See you soon!
