We went to the Testina restaurant and had a truly wonderful meal. Ivan, the owner, immediately makes you feel at ease thanks to his friendliness and the passion he puts into his work. The quality of the fish is excellent, and the meticulous selection of ingredients is evident.
The dishes are highly refined, both in their preparation and flavor, meticulously crafted and truly surprising.
Impeccable service, a pleasant atmosphere, and high-quality cuisine: a restaurant we'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

It was exactly what we were looking for. We decided to choose Testina for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant was beautiful and intimate, and we were completely pampered by the woman who always spoke to us with a smile and answered all our questions. Let's not even talk about the food, because the chef in the kitchen created a true marvel (see the photos), not only aesthetically pleasing but also out of this world. We often made sure to mop up the bread.
He also left the kitchen with a smile and welcomed us as if we were at home.
Don't worry about the portions, because after a seven-course menu, we left feeling full and completely satisfied.
The white wine produced in the Etna area was out of this world, nothing to complain about, perfectly balanced with the dishes and our taste buds.
Thank you, we'll definitely be back. (Since we have limited tables, I recommend booking.)

Testina is a true culinary and sensory experience, exactly what I was looking for. Ivan, the chef and owner, is an artist. When I go out to dine, I want to be surprised; I want to live and enjoy a new experience. That is exactly what Testina offers. A two-Michelin-star-like experience. I came here with my girlfriend, and she was so impressed. Ivan customized the experience on our dietary intolerance and needs, which I appreciated a lot. Totally worth the price. Could not recommend this place enough. Good luck to the whole Testina team and keep rocking it!
