Il Delfino was a wonderful discovery in the heart of Civitavecchia South. The menu is extensive, with exceptional and unique dishes. The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The location is elegant and beautiful.

We visited Il Delfino and overall the food was very good, but the service experience left us disappointed.
We were among the first guests to arrive, and many tables near the water were available. We politely asked to sit there, but were told those tables were not available to us. Later, it became apparent that locals/Italian guests were being seated in those areas instead, even though some of the tables remained empty for a long time.
We were also told that a table for four could not accommodate three people, yet we later saw other groups of three seated at similar tables.
The food itself was enjoyable, but the inconsistent treatment made us feel unwelcome, which unfortunately affected the overall experience.

We went for dinner on a Saturday evening and everything was perfect. The dishes and the quality of the fish were exceptional. Marco and Federico truly pampered us, attentive to our every need. Furthermore, the desserts are truly divine, a rarity even in the best seafood restaurants. The selection of liqueurs is excellent, varied, and very unique. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.
