The veal sweetbreads are delicious. The goat cheese with beetroot is amazing, a dish to be savored.

The prices are high, but I've always considered them commensurate with the quality of the food, which is excellent. Unfortunately, during my visit yesterday, I had a very disappointing experience. While eating an octopus skewer, I found a hair on one of the pieces. I politely and calmly reported the matter to a member of staff, without arguing and without demanding that the dish be remade or removed from the bill, especially since I'd almost finished it anyway. I'm aware that such inconveniences can happen. What left me perplexed was the way the situation was handled. I received no apology, and when it came time to pay, I was simply told that "it happens." So, I duly paid the bill without any gesture of attention, not even a token one. Let me be clear: I'm not criticizing the fact that an error occurred, because it can happen in any business. What I'm criticizing is the lack of follow-up attention. After a report of this kind, made respectfully and without any pretensions, I would have expected at least a sincere apology or a small gesture of courtesy. It's a shame, because my negative impression isn't so much from the inconvenience itself, but from the feeling that the matter was completely minimized. And it's precisely this aspect that, as a regular customer every time I'm in the area for work, left me disappointed.

I was surprised by this restaurant located in the center of Jesi. Simple yet charming, it offers excellent food. The service is excellent, and the staff is attentive to everything.
