For a solo lunch I went to this restaurant about which I read several comments, sometimes conflicting, which pushed me to try their specialty: fish.
Being on a lunch break I must say that I couldn't exaggerate with the number of courses tasted, but I focused on two starters, certainly representative of their offer: a mixed starter of raw shellfish and a mix of au gratin. I must say that the impact was impressive: the freshness of the raw materials was exceptional. You could still taste the flavor of the sea, not only in the crudités, which may seem rather normal for this type, but also in the gratin dish! Rating for raw materials I would say a 10 and praise. The combination of these two dishes is definitely enough for a hearty lunch. The raw ones are served on a tray filled with ice, which bothered me a bit and which I consider unnecessary...in fact, the crushed ice sometimes crept into the shells, "diminishing" their flavor. The variety is definitely good. Cost of the course 25 Eur. The mixed gratin was very good and the gratin did not compromise the freshness of the raw materials. Also in this case good variety of dishes.
A transversal comment I would like to make is that I would have "dared" more in the kitchen! In the sense that here they definitely give the fish the TU and therefore I would have ventured more original preparations, or proposals not only of crustaceans but also of other fish.
A positive note aside, the service deserves it. While waiting to receive the first course ordered, a waiter asked me if I would like a taste of tuna tartare. I replied in the affirmative and I must say that the dish was truly exceptional, but the surprise was that this was actually offered to me! In fact it was not put on the bill. I accompanied everything with a good, still, house white wine. In the end a bottle of limoncello was left on the table, which I didn't use!

Locale piccolo ma tutto sommato accogliente anche se le luci e l’arredamento non mi piacciono molto.Praticamente abbiamo mangiato solo antipasti di pesce di tutti i tipi, cotti e crudi e pochissimi spaghetti alla bottarga con le vongole. Pesce fresco sicuramente, tutto buono ma niente che ti faccia dire che è speciale. Le portate sono state davvero troppe. Buoni i sorbetti e i dolcetti finali. Servizio gentile e efficiente

Per il pesce fresco, pur essendo ai margini della città e un istituzione.
Ambiente retroò che oserei definire vintage e ottima cucina demodé come a Milano purtroppo non si trova quasi più sono i punti di forza di un locale poco modaiola ma che non passa mai di moda.
