Turin's best seafood restaurant: everything is incredibly fresh. Raw fish, mixed fried fish, and a constantly changing soup in shortcrust pastry. Excellent desserts, delicious and light breadsticks. Monica is always friendly, and there's a wide selection of renowned wines! Outside, the food is romantic and cool.

Simply blown away by the taste sensation...fine delicate cooking of perfect seafood...it came highly recommended and nothing disappointed us...Grazie mille Briss for a delightful evening..... we've had the luxury of a second visit...its a privilege to dine here..my hats off to chef...a genius with seafood...a delicious taste sensation...

A carefully crafted menu, dishes crafted with expert and daring combinations, deliver flavors that exalt and delight the taste buds. The artistic and imaginative presentations amaze and delight the eyes. The prices are appropriate for the quality, craftsmanship, and level, while not boasting anything luxurious. I'll be back to delight, I highly recommend it.

We've been frequenting Briss since it opened on Corso Orbassano. It continues to offer excellent cuisine, with meticulously prepared dishes served with kindness. Even our seafood-loving friends who tried it for the first time the other night loved it, and we'll be back.

Dinner with friends, a wonderful surprise, a spectacular Mazara prawn tartare, speechless tuna, turbot with asparagus, spaghetti with anchovies... what can I say.... summing up, very fresh fish, more than satisfactory wine list with a more than fair markup, few tables for attentive service, very pleasant atmosphere, we will definitely return... last note, the price, for a seafood restaurant, of this quality... not fair, even more so, very fair!!!

I've been several times, but it's been a couple of years. The raw fish platter is delicious. So is the perfectly boned, reconstructed red mullet. Everything excellent. The wine is reasonably priced. It's a shame that, like many others, they don't have any fresh fruit. Anyway, well done, Madam!

17/08/2025: We ate with another couple of friends, enjoying a dinner we had purchased during a promotion. As soon as we arrived, we were told, "Tonight you just have to sit down, choose, eat well, and have fun," and so it was. We chose everything included in the promotion, from the same menu and in the same quantities as the other tables. There were no unpleasant surprises as often happens in other places with various promotions. The food was wonderful, and everything was impeccable, from the service to the friendliness. Choose this place for a dinner that's different from the usual. I don't usually review places, but this was a truly unique experience. The entire staff deserves top praise. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening. We will definitely be returning.
14/08/2025: A restaurant that captivates from the first course to the last! The seafood charcuterie board is a real discovery: tasty, refined, and unlike anything I've tried elsewhere. Everything else on the menu is top-notch, with incredibly fresh fish and meticulous presentation. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: Ristorante Galante, an intimate venue in the heart of Turin, boasts forty years of management, now in its second generation. Its many artisanal dishes include, among them, the bread, breadsticks, fresh pasta, and, last but not least, the desserts and ice cream.
