A good fried dish, crispy breading, tasty fish. Unfortunately, I found the calamari a bit too salty compared to the rest of the fried food. One star less for the supplier.... The ricotta and almond dessert was spectacular. The background music was pleasant, but the hum of the fan was a bit less so.

We had a really good meal.
The bill was reasonable, the overall quality was high, the restaurant had been recommended to us, and we were very satisfied. When we come back to eat fish in Turin, we'll definitely be back.
We're leaving from Milan, and Saturdays at the Balloon are always a pleasure...

Truly a wonderful discovery.
The raw fish was excellent (the sea bass tartare was incredible!), as was the risotto. The wine list features refined selections alongside the ever-present classics. The friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff played a key role in the dinner's excellent rating.
The restaurant's interiors are also very well-maintained, and the outdoor seating, despite being right in the center, is quiet and private. We'll definitely be back, thank you ❤

Turin's best seafood restaurant: everything is incredibly fresh. Raw fish, mixed fried fish, and a constantly changing soup in shortcrust pastry. Excellent desserts, delicious and light breadsticks. Monica is always friendly, and there's a wide selection of renowned wines! Outside, the food is romantic and cool.

A carefully crafted menu, dishes crafted with expert and daring combinations, deliver flavors that exalt and delight the taste buds. The artistic and imaginative presentations amaze and delight the eyes.
The prices are appropriate for the quality, craftsmanship, and level, while not boasting anything luxurious. I'll be back to delight, I highly recommend it.

We've been frequenting Briss since it opened on Corso Orbassano. It continues to offer excellent cuisine, with meticulously prepared dishes served with kindness. Even our seafood-loving friends who tried it for the first time the other night loved it, and we'll be back.
