26/10/2025: A wonderful place, meticulously crafted, refined, and elegant. The veranda terrace is magnificent, with a spectacular view of the sea from above that will leave you speechless. My meal was divine! Excellent dishes, expertly prepared using top-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable; the owner is a friendly and cheerful person, as are all the staff, always attentive and kind. The value for money is truly 5-star. I absolutely recommend this experience and can't wait to repeat it!

17/10/2025: Definitely high-quality yet informal. Excellent, attentive, and unobtrusive service. The cuisine was excellent, although some dishes didn't fully meet expectations. In any case, it was superior. The spider crab was exceptional. The welcome amenity (included in the service) was also delicious: a glass of bubbles and a parmesan crumble, as well as homemade cantucci biscuits with vin santo at the end of the meal and an excellent grappa. For my taste, I would have cooked the spaghetti with clams half a minute longer, and I would have also prepared the cream differently, but it must be said that the dish wasn't on the menu and, with great availability, was freshly prepared, so it's understandable that the quality wasn't the same as that of other dishes on the menu. Perhaps due to a misunderstanding, instead of a raw seafood appetizer with the spider crab, a lukewarm appetizer was served. It was excellent, but different from what was ordered. Another reason to return and try the raw seafood. The baked turbot was good, but the dish didn't entirely meet my expectations, and tastes vary. I prefer it more dry when cooked to perfection. Overall, regardless of my personal taste, it was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend it again. Kudos to the truly exceptional service.

12/11/2025: Like every summer and every Friday. We had dinner at Vascello sul Mare and were absolutely thrilled! The location is enchanting, right on the sea, with a breathtaking view that makes the atmosphere magical, especially at sunset. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling, ready to recommend the best dishes with great professionalism. The fish is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection—every course is meticulously prepared, from flavor to presentation. The seafood risotto and the mixed grill are highly recommended: truly exceptional! The desserts are also a pleasant surprise, delicate and homemade. An ideal place for a romantic dinner, an evening with friends, or a family lunch overlooking the sea. We will definitely be back—a true gem of Porto Recanati! 🌊🍽️💙

08/11/2025: Every time I return to Castelsardo, Ristorante Cormorano is a must! The food here is divine, especially the fish: always fresh, perfectly cooked, and presented with great care. You can truly taste the passion and quality in every dish. The staff is wonderful, kind, and super professional; they make you feel right at home. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. I recommend trying a little bit of everything, from appetizers to desserts, because every course is a tasty surprise! I've also added lots of photos, because the pictures speak for themselves: an experience not to be missed for anyone who loves good food and the Sardinian sea. 🌊🐟🍋

03/08/2025: Stunning location, friendly staff, and carefully prepared, top-notch dishes. This is our third time there, and unless there are weddings, the atmosphere is truly excellent. On the other two occasions, the wedding celebrations in the adjacent room made the noise really unbearable. I therefore recommend asking when booking if there are events. Overall, a truly five-star rating. We'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: A colorful trattoria located inside the Continental Hotel. The location remains welcoming and original. The Ligurian specialties (especially fish) were fabulous and of high quality (it's a shame about the apple pie, which was really too creamy). The wines and dessert wines were good. The service was fast and well-managed, with very friendly staff.

13/12/2025: A very well-kept and, above all, welcoming restaurant with professional staff. I drank Bulgheri wine and ate Genoese focaccia with cheese, finishing with a passito wine and a wonderful chestnut dessert. The dishes were few, but definitely good.

After booking through the owner Lorenzo, we sat down and immediately noticed the wonderful atmosphere and tasteful decor. The staff presented the dishes beautifully, and we enjoyed them with immense interest. Everything was delicious and of high quality. We'll be back; you're unbeatable in everything. The appetizers, first courses, and desserts were all top-notch. Compliments to the entire staff.

14/12/2025: I went to this place for lunch to celebrate my grandmother's birthday and it was very good: friendly waiters, delicious food and a nice atmosphere.

17/11/2025: Food: Passatelli with mushrooms and truffles: the truffle was missing. On the neighbors' plates, there was a grated black truffle on top; on mine, not even the smell. The slimy mushrooms remained. Tagliatelle with white wild boar ragù: the tagliatelle were good and tough, the wild boar sauce had a good flavor, but it remained liquid; perhaps a longer cooking time would have made it thicker. The goat was good; I would have expected (my mistake) a stronger flavor from the lamb, but instead it was much more delicate, definitely well-cooked, I'd say excellent at this point if it's supposed to be more delicate than the lamb. Mixed grill: classic, good; a skewer, a sausage, a rib, half a chicken breast, and a slice of capocollo; perhaps a little more generous would have been nice. Gran fritto: excellent and plentiful, no complaints. Bottled rosé wine: I'd say excellent in flavor and price. I didn't taste the house wine. The berry sorbet was good. Service: Maybe it was a busy day, but not full, slow. It took a long time before we ordered. When they brought the dishes to the next table, they pushed my wife's chair against the table: perhaps to ask permission or excuse me? Sparkling water instead of still as requested. It was difficult to "get the waiter's attention" to ask for something. We took away what was left, and I thank them, but usually they do the boxing, not the customers. First time. The place is average, but the chairs and tables slide like crazy.
