To earn a Michelin star, you have to meet certain criteria. At this restaurant, the chef applies just two criteria:
1. Excellent local ingredients.
2. Simple, minimal, yet masterful craftsmanship.
With these two criteria alone, he manages to excite as much, if not more, than a Michelin-starred restaurant.
You sit down, enjoy, pay the right amount (even a little for the quality offered), and leave happy.
Thank you!

Always a guarantee, the dinner was excellent, simple seafood expertly prepared by the chef. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because 5 is objectively perfect.

The place is beautiful, the menu is spectacular (also because they choose it based on the catch of the day), and the atmosphere is very relaxing!! Highly recommended.

The restaurant has a comfortable and refined atmosphere. The fish is fresh but very affordable during a period when there's no fishing ban (mullet carpaccio, anchovies, and sardines).
The fried fish included a couple of red mullets and little else (mostly vegetables, including a lemon I'd never eaten fried, but it wasn't bad). The price, considering the cost of the ingredients, was high in our opinion, with half a glass of white wine and a bottle of water costing over €100 for two.

My husband, my 8-year-old son, and a friend of mine introduced us to this restaurant. We had come from Milan to visit friends. On the evening of April 3, 2026, we entered this charming restaurant and were literally taken on a journey through the seafood dishes the chef creates based on the catch of the day. We ate the set menu, featuring various appetizers of raw fish combined with ingredients I would never have imagined, but which were incredibly delicious. The first course was seafood lasagna, the freshest fried fish with the perfect light breading, and battered vegetables. The still white house wine was sublime. For dessert, the panna cotta topped with berries, caramel, or chocolate shavings was truly divine. All this for €50 a head, but I must say it was well spent and the portions were truly generous, and I think it would be a Michelin-starred restaurant. Hoping to return, I thank the chef who cooked the divine dishes and his wife who served with such care and kindness. You are truly a force to be reckoned with. Congratulations!

An authentic address, perfectly in line with the philosophy of the Slow Food Guide.
A family-run restaurant where you can sense the passion, care, and great kindness of the owners.
A top-notch set menu: the freshest ingredients, raw fish treated with great respect, and sublime, clean, and consistent cuisine.
Solid quality, a clear identity, and an experience absolutely worth the visit.
Bravo!

It's been my favorite restaurant for 24 years, and I go there whenever I can. Only freshly made dishes, and the first courses are unique; no one can make you savor the flavors like Roberto. Those who want seafood, skewers, and grilled meat should abstain.
