We had the pleasure of dining at Antica Carrera, and I must say it was a truly special evening. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your dinner in peace. We started with the "Fantasia di Mare all'Antica Carrera" appetizer, truly rich and prepared with great care. Everything was fresh and well-balanced in flavor. The buffalo mozzarella with calamari and drops of pesto was also very interesting, an original combination that perfectly blends sea and land. Among the dishes that impressed me most was the seared salmon steak with mango coulis and Cyprus black salt: perfectly cooked, delicate flavors, and a truly pleasant balance thanks to the fresh note of the mango. To conclude, we tried the millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries and the tiramisu, both excellent, light, and prepared with great care. All accompanied by a good wine that made the dinner even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Massimo, who clearly puts passion, care, and attention to every detail of the restaurant. Congratulations on his work: creating a place where quality, hospitality, and professionalism meet is no given. Thanks also to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening.
