26/12/2024: For my sister-in-law's birthday we met for lunch at this hotel in Torre Pali. A warm, clean and welcoming environment. In the large room with a spacious and expertly laid table we dined with excellent fish and good wine. The dishes are very well looked after, the atmosphere is almost family-like, the staff are dutiful and professional, the owners are kind and attentive to satisfying our every request. My experience is more than positive

01/03/2025: We are on the Brenta Riviera, the bank of the Naviglio of the same name, just outside the town of Dolo. The restaurant, small and intimate, welcomes diners with sober elegance of furnishings. Fish menu, raw and cooked, both à la carte and with tasting options. Excellent raw materials and preparation of the dishes, as well as the plating. Our choice - which proved to be a happy one - fell on the Classic tasting menu, based on cooked dishes. Final with dessert, chosen by the customer, absolutely satisfying. Wine list with a good assortment of proposals, which I assume cannot be further expanded due to the logistics of the venue. Excellent service, well balanced between professionalism and informal courtesy, without falling into intrusiveness. The SS11 Padana Superiore and its traffic, just beyond the perimeter wall, do not cause any type of nuisance thanks to the excellent soundproofing. Parking, not small, available to customers. Price proportionate to the type of offer. Experience to be repeated, absolutely. Compliments to the staff.

24/02/2025: I'm not judging the dishes but the organization (also because they didn't let me eat). The organization is part of the service, soul and business card of the place. Booked for 8.30pm (midweek), we arrive at 8.25pm, while I take off my coat a member of the staff tells me that the table is not ready and invites us, with a glass, to wait. While I say that there is no problem he tells me not to leave my coat because we would have to wait outside because there is no room inside. Well, after 20 minutes in the freezing cold, we are in February, waiting outside like parked cars, the waitress comes out and says to be patient because at the table they "asked for the first course" so they would have tried to speed up the service (are we crazy?). We're 25 minutes away, my partner is freezing to death, I go in and say I'm leaving. The prosecco is in the glasses, we didn't even want it. No one bothered to ask me if I needed another reservation, perhaps offering me a discount. "Excuse us" (the proceeds are guaranteed by others anyway and who cares) and in the meantime I had organized a dinner with my partner, booked in advance, and the evening went down the toilet due to their inability. If I ever come back maybe I'll change the review but for now it's zero. Never before have we seen such great organizational inability.

27/01/2025: Per valutare una pizza è fondamental considerare la qualità degli ingredienti. La farina, il pomodoro, la mozzarella e l'olio d'oliva devono essere di alta qualità. Una pizza fatta con ingredienti freschi e genuini avrà un sapore migliore e sarà più salutare. L'impasto è l'elemento più importante qui oltre personale cortese gentile sorridente la qualità eccellente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, grazie serata trascorsa piacevolmente.

02/02/2025: Frequento questo ristorante ormai da anni e penso sia giusto dedicargli due parole. Vastissima scelta tra carne e pesce tutto di ottima qualità. Ieri abbiamo ordinato una tagliata di carne per due con le patate del contadino (no surgelate ma fatte da loro con rosmarino ed aglio). Buonissimo!, Personale gentilissimo, d’estate potete mangiare all’aperto e….. prezzi veramente onesti!!!!!
