It remains the best restaurant in Rome. Class, taste, elegance and wonderful food all seasoned with the friendliness of the property. Go there and make sure you don't miss out on dining alongside some VIPs as has happened to me several times.

Fish restaurant... with a capital P! The quality of the shellfish is extraordinary, all coming from the Lazio coast, and the preparations and combinations are excellent. Impeccable and warm service at the same time. Unmissable experience

Bellissima scoperta di ristorante a base di pesce situato praticamente nel centro di Roma. L'offerta è ampia e vari ed ogni piatto è curato così come i prodotti freschi e di qualità. Posto che ci è stato consigliato da un amico e che ha totalmente superato le nostre aspettative. Unica pecca per quanto riguarda il servizio che quella sera in cui siamo stati a cena ha avuto un po' di sviste ed è stato leggermente lento.

Ottimi tutti i piatti, a partire dai crudi. Golosissimo il panettone alle albicocche del Vesuvio con crema di mascarpone. Irresistibili i vari tipi di pane serviti.
Servizio cortese, prezzi alti, vasta carta dei vini.

Location in pieno centro storico, necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata ( le sedie imbottite, molto belle, sono usurate, bei quadri alle pareti, anche d'autore); accoglienza all'altezza, ma al tavolo servizio non ineccepibile: le portate non sono mai state contestuali fra i commensali, non sono mai state rimosse le numerose briciole sul tavolo, neanche al momento del dessert. Sufficiente l'offerta del menù, buona la cantina: piatti con sufficiente quantità di cibo ed ottima qualità della materia prima, ma senza whow. Il rapporto qualità prezzo considerando il tutto è cque sproporzionato. Mi aspettavo molto di più, anche se assegno un voto alto.
