21/07/2025: Very good food, fast and attentive service, reservations seem mandatory during high season. Unfortunately, the heat is intense in the small street where many of the tables are located, which makes it difficult to enjoy the dishes.

23/06/2025: Il nostro punto di riferimento al Circeo. Situato sopra il porto di San Felice alla fine della strada, gode di una certa tranquillità dal punto di vista del movimento. Offre una cucina curata e di qualità. Personale attento e gentile. Ormai siamo clienti da anni e non abbiamo alcun dubbio ad affermare che è tra i migliori della zona. Ambiente, cibo e cortesia per una serata perfetta, di coppia o tra amici!!!

04/05/2025: Truly EXCELLENT FISH in a MAGICAL place at HONEST prices!! The place is refined, the quality of the fish is truly excellent and plentiful. The guy in the room and the lady at the checkout are delightful and very attentive people... they made me feel like a princess! I highly recommend the spaghetti with clams (it was sublime!), their tagliolini with seafood and the fried fish was something amazing, fantastic! Crispy, tasty! Even their liqueurs were excellent. All at very honest prices!!!!! Thank you for this special evening which I will always carry in my heart, I send you my warmest congratulations and best wishes for much success!

22/06/2025: Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The service was very friendly and professional. The food is good quality and freshly prepared: I particularly enjoyed the tuna tartare and the scampi and champagne risotto, cooked to perfection, al dente. I would gladly return. Only suggestion: I advise the staff to review the management of the discount, because the final rate worried me a little.

24/07/2025: I’ve Been here in June’24 and despite I was unlucky to wait for over 40 minutes for my dish to come the prize was to enjoy the best fish filè I had in my life. A very simple grilled fresh fish with a flavour to remember.

13/07/2025: I'm a regular at Acqua Salata and have always appreciated the restaurant's attention to detail, its splendid location overlooking the sea, and its unique atmosphere, especially at sunset. Last night's dinner was enchanting: beautifully set tables, a meticulously maintained ambiance, and a view that alone makes the evening worthwhile. Unfortunately, compared to the past, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of the service and experience. The service was rather slow and disorganized: we ordered four entrees, but they arrived at different times, forcing each of us to eat separately while the others waited. This type of management significantly detracts from the experience, especially at a restaurant of this caliber. The dishes were beautifully presented, as always, but I have the feeling that the quality has slipped slightly compared to the past, especially considering the prices—which have increased—and the portions, which are now smaller. I hope this is just a temporary moment and that Acqua Salata will soon return to the levels that made it one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

18/06/2025: 3 slices of mortadella, 3 slices of very thinly sliced ​​raw ham, 6 slices of salami, 4 very thin wedges of cheese they put it as an "appetizer for 4 people" for only €44. And I add with an orange soda and 3 mole cola (what the hell kind of coke is that) and 2 white focaccias for only €87.50. Pure spectacle.

01/07/2025: Overall, the food was decent, but not mind-blowing — there was a good ambiance, and we were glad they could accommodate us on short notice without a reservation. We ordered a seafood pasta as well as one of the fish. The pasta didn't have much of a sauce, except for the olive oil and salt, and the fish could have also had a little more flavor of some kind. Otherwise, it was fresh and the experience was enjoyable. We liked the wine glasses provided at the start of the dinner.

Excellent fish, truly excellent dishes as is the excellent service and above all also the always available and friendly owner in addition to the vast choice of raw materials. Beautiful experience that has continued for some time also because it is inserted in a relaxing and certainly stylish environment. What about the wines? well ... vast choice! excellent prices!

19/07/2025: A beautifully located Italian restaurant right on the lake – highly recommended! We ate there several times during our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The service was always extremely friendly, attentive, and warm – you immediately feel welcome. The food was consistently fantastic: fresh, authentic, and prepared with love. Whether pasta, pizza, or fish – everything was a delight! A quick tip: It's best to make a reservation in advance or arrive right at the beginning of opening hours, as the restaurant is very popular and fills up quickly. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area!

09/07/2025: We go to dinner; they have no idea what a red focaccia is, and they bring you a Neapolitan pizza full of garlic. The seafood appetizers were subpar—dry mussels and razor clams full of sand. The octopus alla Luciana was good. We then ordered two mixed fried fish with fries, but the fries never arrived. Leave this place to the tourists who sit down, get a pizza and two beers, and then sit for four hours. It's not worth spending more.

08/06/2025: Siamo state in questo ristorante perché super consigliato da Gaspare, il nostro skipper. Che dire, pesce freschissimo, abbiamo mangiato un crudo spettacolare, spaghetti al nero di seppia deliziosi ed una frittura buonissima! Tutti gentilissimi, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

20/06/2025: On June 11th we had dinner on a beautiful terrace, there were 8 of us, everyone read the menu and ordered their choice, while my wife and I were still struggling with the menu, the waiter intervened and pointed out “catch of the day” when we refused, because it was too much for us, he suggested 2 DISHES OF PASTA WITH GROUPER, we accepted and then we received very salty spaghetti with tomato sauce and separately a grilled fish in a single dish not filleted very bitter and dry, of the 2 dishes we didn’t even eat half. They offered us a very good limoncello, and when it was time to pay the bill we realized that for the 2 dishes mentioned above they charged us €53.13 x2 = €106.26!!! Ruining our evening, a ‘last brushstroke’ that ruined the inexplicable picture… what a shame! We still tried the other dishes and honestly they were all excellent!
