10/07/2025: A culinary masterpiece in Prato: Even 6 stars wouldn't be enough! What an evening! What we experienced at this restaurant in Prato was simply fantastic and deserves far more than just five stars. It was a feast for the senses, from the warm welcome to the last, unforgettable bite. As soon as we entered, we were greeted personally by the chef, which immediately gave the evening a very personal touch. The service was excellent, attentive, and always unobtrusive throughout the evening. Another highlight was the personalized advice from the chef herself on the dishes on the daily menu – an appreciation rarely experienced and which gave us deep insights into the philosophy and passion behind the creations. A wine journey of the highest order The wine recommendation was simply amazing! I've never tasted a better Vermentino – this white wine was a revelation and paired perfectly with our appetizers. The recommendation for the main course, a local Feronio, was so fitting that we spontaneously decided to change our itinerary to visit the wine-growing region. The fact that the chef even put us in touch with the winemaker demonstrates the exceptional hospitality and desire to offer guests a completely perfect experience. Culinary delights you'll never forget The dishes themselves were of a quality rarely found. For our starter, we chose the "Nel blu dipinto di blu" – a variation of three fishes that, eaten in the recommended order, were an absolute delight. The subtle nuances and freshness of the ingredients were simply impressive. The pickled anchovies with cucumber and celery were also a delight, sending the taste buds on a wonderful journey. The primi piatti continued this delight: the stuffed shrimp ravioli with pesto Genovese and zucchini blossoms were a dream. Perfectly balanced in size and filling, they were the best homemade ravioli I've ever eaten – a true homage to Italian culinary art. The spaghetti with butter and anchovies was also a highlight. Perfectly cooked "al dente," the anchovy sauce melted into a homogenous culinary delight that melted in the mouth. But the highlight was the secondi piatti: a duck breast with glazed carrots and three sauces. The duck breast was crispy and cooked to perfection, while the three sauces formed a creamy blend of individual components, the likes of which I've never experienced before. Each component was a small work of art in its own right, and together they created a harmony that was simply captivating. All in all, it was an incredibly fine, delicious, and wonderful evening. The entire team, with passion and dedication, created an experience that went far beyond an ordinary restaurant visit. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience and the wonderful conversations! We will never forget this evening in Prato and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

08/07/2025: Returned after a few years and expectations remained as high as ever! Perhaps one of the best restaurants in Castiglioncello, excellent quality of raw materials, excellent cuisine. Congratulations!

16/06/2025: I share my experience, which did not fully meet my expectations, to make some observations that, I hope, will not be taken as criticism but as ideas for improvement. Let me start by saying that we ate outside, the outside part is right on the Aurelia where cars and scooters do not concern each other. Most likely the inside experience is certainly excellent, soft music, in the environment. But in the summer it is natural that you want to stay outside. Our dinner lasted two hours and we all couldn't wait to leave because the noise did not allow us to relax and chat. The director's chairs, this was of course our opinion, uncomfortable for someone who is no longer a kid. Let's move on to the food. Excellent raw materials (and you can taste it) The amazing boiled seafood. The other dishes were cooked with taste and skill but some things did not convince us (the filling for example in the calamari stew, a first course of chitarra a little too greasy, and the gnocchi too too tasty). In any case I repeat they were good dishes and cooked with skill. The only criticism however is the quality-price ratio with the premises made before. The prices, always in our opinion and we are not the absolute truth, are a little too high if, in fact, applied to the outdoor environment which, in summer, is also practically the most popular place.

29/08/2025: Very cozy bar with a sea view. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the gentleman at the bar. If I ever return to Riccione, I'll definitely stop by!

24/08/2025: Nice place, minimal, nothing special... for what my opinion counts, I'd recommend focusing only on the fish... because you have to know how to prepare even the most "banal" meat. They only have one burger, and it's a very low-quality one (which they show off as Chianina beef), which they cook in the morning so they have it ready to put in a sandwich! My son asked for the meat on a plate... so without bread, and what he got was a brick of a thousand shades of brown, reheated in the microwave because it had the classic moisture that only the microwave creates. The fish was passable, but there's definitely better out there.

17/07/2025: A truly interesting experience, not only for the amount we consumed but also for the excellent location overlooking the valley where Mercato San Severino is located. We had an excellent pizza, some appetizers, and my nephew had a simple spaghetti with tomato sauce, which he thought was truly delicious. I can't say anything else, but I think that given these premises, the food is nothing short of excellent. If you're passing through, definitely stop by: the food is delicious.

12/07/2025: We only ate fried food and pizza, everything was very good.

16/07/2025: Allergy awareness and customer service: zero. Various seed oils used everywhere, even in the pizza dough and pasta water. Our nut allergy sufferer couldn't eat anything, but we were notified only after the appetizers arrived (so we couldn't leave). The allergen wasn't listed on the menu. Finally, they made a tomato pasta dish "separated from the rest of the pasta" (...) and charged 9 euros for this gourmet dish!!!

30/08/2025: This establishment is located along the beautiful Trabocchi Coast, also accessible from the bike path. A great stop along the route.

25/08/2025: My experience was exceptional, starting from the call to make the reservation: kindness, availability, and hospitality! This was further confirmed once we arrived for a group aperitif and dinner: the dishes were carefully crafted and delicious, the service impeccable, and the staff's friendliness was priceless! Plus, the location is spectacular! I couldn't ask for more!

14/08/2025: The staff at Esmeralda were very welcoming and friendly, we all had the best day. They did everything they could to accommodate us to ensure we had an enjoyable time. We will definitely visit again.

10/08/2025: A beautiful beach resort, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. It features a stunning terrace surrounded by greenery, well-spaced umbrellas, and the owners are incredibly kind and helpful, as are all the staff! It will be our go-to spot next season! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

28/08/2025: Good evening, I recently finished dinner with my family at the renowned restaurant "Bacaro La Baia dei PorcI"... and what can I say... my expectations were completely different. I'm sticking with a NEGATIVE review for the following reasons: - a tepid, if not cold, appetizer dish, which, after asking why... was reported to be served that way... I remain skeptical; - service lacking elegance in both presentation and table service; the waiters were confused. I don't think I'd return; perhaps I just had a bad night. However, let's hope Mr. Borghese and his fellow diners judged it well. Best regards, Silvano

28/07/2025: A very nice restaurant that we have been visiting for years. We had meat, pasta, and pizza – very good value for money with large portions. Extremely attentive service, and the food arrived quickly and hot. The head waiter has been there for years and is a unique person who has his staff absolutely under control. With 4 adults, just under 100 euros – Highly recommended.

02/08/2025: The restaurant is a classy restaurant but I was surprised that the food was terrible pizza was burned and the cheese and tomato tastes bad the spaghetti was very dry and tasteless in general all the food was tasteless The only good thing in the Rosa the location and the good out doors sitting area and the waiters were really angry and rude I expect better as the restaurant is expensive comparing to other restaurants in the area

28/07/2025: Tipico locale datato sul lungomare chiavarese. Cibo nella norma ma non lineare nel rapporto qualità - prezzo. Inadeguatezza e totale mancanza di forma da parte del personale nell’invitare il cliente ed alzarsi ed uscire dal locale per un piccolo cane da compagnia che per felicita’ aveva dato qualche colpo di abbaio. Invito la proprietà ad esibire all esterno il simbolo di ‘non si accettano cani’ anziché far accomodare fuori la clientela una volta seduti al tavolo. Da professionista, mai stato trattato così. Non posso consigliare.
