27/06/2025: Filet with green pepper really Tasty, good sautéed mushrooms, excellent tiramisu. The cost is not very low but the quality is there. Beautiful location, especially in the evening (very engaging panoramic terrace).

15/07/2025: There's no menu. You sit down and the waiter nods his head in agreement. If you nod, it's like hitting play and they start bringing out a four-course tasting menu. You can continue, move on to dessert, or stop. They were all very good, and with dessert and wine, it came to €40 per person.

I'd never been to Trani, and discovering Aqua e Farina was and will be an experience I hope to repeat, and one you won't regret once you try it: rice, potatoes, and mussels, the fried food, the seafood spaghetti, and the tagliolini with scampi. Oh my God...gorgeous and delicious. Thanks to the owner for his kindness and to the staff for their service. See you soon.

28/06/2025: Mussel appetizer excellent, good quality fresh mussels. Ham and mozzarella appetizer good but mozzarella seemed frozen. Sciagliatelli excellent. Beef tagliata perfect. Pork scaloppine very juicy. Excellent side dishes. Very nice place.

29/06/2025: A wonderful discovery! We found the place, looking for one before a show in Villa Guidini We found a welcoming, prepared and kind staff. The dishes were one better than the other. Fresh and quality products. You absolutely have to try them! I give 4 stars to the environment for the only reason that, having large windows, it is necessary to install curtains, even just for inside, to avoid having customers have lunch/dinner with the sun beating down on them. For the rest they deserve more than 5 stars!

23/07/2025: Not knowing the area, I was inspired by the dishes listed on their website. The prices are fair and in line with the location, and the food is delicious. They have tables right on the lakeside (which were practically all occupied), but we, not fond of the crowds, preferred to sit on the semi-open veranda across the pedestrian walkway. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the waiters are knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend eating there if you're in the area.

10/03/2025: Piccolo locale nei pressi dell'arco clementino. L'arredo della sala è curato e accogliente. Lo chef si occupa anche del servizio al tavolo. Oltre a poter scegliere alla carta c'è la possibilità di scegliere tra 3 diversi menu che si differenziano per il numero di antipasti presenti. 2 nel piccolo, 3 nel medio e 4 nel grande. A seguire un primo, un secondo e un dolce. La cosa interessante è che il menu te lo puoi costruire come preferisci scegliendo i piatti dal menu. I piatti che più ci hanno colpito sono i 2 antipasti freddi che abbiamo scelto (la tartarre e il carpaccio). Buono anche il riso alla crema di pistacchio e gamberi. Tutti i piatti sono ben impiattati. Prezzo adeguato al servizio e alla qualità di quello che abbiamo mangiato. Interessante il fatto che il menu è stagionale, per cui ogni 3 mesi viene completamente cambiato.
