13/10/2025: Food was very unique but not tasty at all. I can’t think of a single dish I really enjoyed and a lot of it was plain unpleasant. The venue was beautiful. No one offered us a drinks list and the sommelier who was meant to come over never did so we didn’t get drinks. They make you tell them two courses in advance if you want to use the toilet which is overkill in my opinion.

13/10/2025: The only question to ask yourself before eating at Venissa is: am I ready? Venissa isn't a culinary experience, but much more. Before beginning the tasting experience, you need to understand and appreciate the restaurant's concept: respect for local cuisine, respect for the local area, and for raw materials in all their forms, the use of uncommon ingredients, and the ability to see beyond. That said, Venissa offers two tasting experiences that change frequently depending on what the local area has to offer at any given time. The cuisine is primarily fish and vegetable-based. Homemade produce is the estate's strong point. The ingredients aren't necessarily high-quality, but they're treated with respect and creativity, minimizing waste. The staff is young and highly trained, each capable of engaging you emotionally in the experience. The beverage pairings are highly refined, and the evolution of the food is emphasized by the diverse products offered, not just wine but also drinks, kombucha, beer, cider, and more. An elegant location that reflects the concept of respect for materials and nature, everything in harmony, nothing left to chance. We will never stop thanking you for the wonderful experience. 01/09/2025: Truly the best experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The entire staff treats you like family. My wife almost cried saying bye to everyone and I’ve seen her cry like twice in ten years. I’ll never forget this restaurant. I don’t know when we’ll be back but we will! Couldn’t recommend more. Was also the best seafood pasta I’ve ever had.

15/10/2025: Excellent seafood flavors. ​We enjoyed two exceptional seafood dishes: an excellent shellfish soup and fantastic lobster linguine. The quality of the ingredients and the top-notch preparation delighted the palate. ​The only slightly disappointing element was the house wine. While the product was decent, the price was, in our opinion, excessively high and disproportionate to the quality offered. We suggest that management review the value for money of this specific menu item. ​Overall, we highly recommend the restaurant for the freshness and deliciousness of its seafood, but we encourage you to carefully consult the wine list.

15/10/2025: A historic restaurant in Gaeta. Both the interior and the window are very charming. The dishes are excellent and well-prepared. Prices are moderately high. We waited a bit because it was late and we hadn't booked. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: This evening I had the pleasure of rediscovering this fantastic place. I wanted to get a takeout pizza. As soon as I arrived, the lady at the cash register invited me in with my dog. I ordered a Margherita pizza with prosciutto. After paying, I preferred to wait outside, and in less than 10 minutes, my pizza was brought out ready to go. The service was top-notch, the friendliness was undeniable, and the price was truly reasonable. The pizza quality was a 9+. Thank you for your kindness; I'll be back for dinner soon.

30/09/2025: The food is good, prices are in line with the cost of living nowadays, at lunch it's a bit of a war to find a place since it's very popular with workers on business who, in addition to making huge tables, occupy the few parking spaces with trucks and vans😅 but if you go there for dinner the experience is totally positive ✔️

19/08/2025: I tried the pizza and the fried food on different evenings. Both were very good and light.

12/10/2025: We're served bottled tap water, treated with the Culligan system, at the "modest" price of €3.20! The bottle is clearly dirty inside. We ask for sealed bottled water and are told they only have that type of water. This alone would deserve a lower rating. The veranda overlooking the lake has a central iron band that effectively blocks the view. The male staff isn't friendly, and a few more smiles wouldn't hurt. The pizza (Neapolitan style) is good, and the food, overall, is good (which is what matters!).

27/09/2025: A true gem in the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro. A welcoming location, run with great professionalism by Annalisa and Mauro. The service is meticulously cared for by the entire staff. The menu satisfies even the most discerning and experienced palates, with quality and refined dishes. There's a special children's menu, as well as paper and pencils for drawing. The dishes are beautifully presented, with generous portions. The wine list is excellent. The prices are in keeping with the quality, service, and location. A rose at every table will warm your heart. We'll be back.

18/10/2025: We were here just for dinner - we liked it. It's not the season anymore, so there are very few tourists, and there was no need to book a table in advance - we did it in person the day before without any problems. The staff speaks English. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and appropriate. We didn't take the complimentary wine, but the offered glass of white was very pleasant and went well with dinner. We had a table by the window, but, unfortunately, it was raining heavily all evening, so neither the stars nor the moon above the sea were visible, and in principle nothing was visible out the window)))), but this did not prevent us from enjoying the taste and conversation. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful bright design. If we are in these places, we will definitely come back to try the next menu. Thank you for the wonderful experience and mood! Citrus notes in the dishes were wonderful!:)

15/10/2025: I found a warm welcome, hospitality, and excellent, simple vegetarian cuisine, as well as the wine pairings. The dining room and sea view are breathtaking, and even the room I chose with its terrace allowed me to enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Thank you, AnnaLisa and staff.

21/10/2025: The service and food are top-notch. When the weather is nice, you can just sit on the pantheon and enjoy the view!
