14/06/2025: The place is hard to find but when you arrive your satisfaction will be sky high. The view is fantastically fabulous: you can see the hill and the whole soul of Tuscany. The place is equipped and there is a children's park with a trampoline. You will have lunch on a veranda. UPDATE We returned to this restaurant after a long time! The quality of the ingredients and the presentation even better than we remembered. The goat cheese flan was excellent, the ricotta meatballs had a memorable tomato sauce, you could taste all the flavor of the sun! We liked the ravioli with burrata and pesto and the pici with Cinta ragù were very much appreciated, very seasoned! The matchstick fries were also very tasty, thin and crunchy! Excellent quality zero-mile wine! They independently produce various products such as wine, oil, vegetables. A flaw is the rather slow service, but there is no discussion about kindness and knowledge of the raw materials, compliments. The desserts are good.

01/05/2025: The food and price were excellent, but if I have to highlight one thing, it's the waiters—very attentive, affectionate, and friendly. They immediately became one of our group of friends; they even bought us a shot, even though we didn't order anything excessively expensive. Highly recommended.

31/05/2025: We had a fantastic experience at Dievole! The estate is absolutely breathtaking - from the sweeping views to the peaceful vibe, every corner feels like a dream. Our wine guide, Vito, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He shared so much about the wine production and the history of the winery, making the entire experience truly memorable. Beautiful setting, delicious wines, and a great host - couldn't ask for more!😍

14/05/2025: Tried the vegetarian tasting menu which was inventive and showcased the chef's talents in Italian cuisine: - vegan tartare - red onion carabaccia - fusilli with green spinach sauce - miso glazed cauliflower - dark chocolate mousse Made the reservation because it was recommended on the Michelin guide, but without a Michelin star. Having been to 3 starred Michelin restaurants, this is an area which can be improved upon.

05/06/2025: Welcoming place, kind and friendly staff, punctual and fast service. Since there were many of us we had the opportunity to taste different dishes: pici cacio e pepe, risotto Nerone, ravioli and tagliata di manzo with potatoes. All excellent products. Ditto for the desserts. Acceptable house wine. Only point: the average price per person that is indicated (30 euros) is definitely underestimated, for a complete service (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert) you need to count on 45/50 euros.

09/06/2025: The restaurant impresses with its stylish and cozy ambiance – you immediately feel like you're in a real Italian restaurant. The excellent selection of alcoholic beverages, including expert advice, was particularly impressive. The truffle pasta was aromatic, well-seasoned, and with a generous amount of truffle. The crowning glory was the strawberry panna cotta – creamy and fresh. The service was always polite, but seemed a bit overwhelmed despite the relatively small number of guests. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant that I would definitely recommend to friends – especially because of the authentic atmosphere and the excellent cuisine.

01/06/2025: We had dinner for two on May 31st. Good quality food, the wild boar Maremma style was well cooked, tender and with a good seasoning, served with polenta. The pici with white ragù of Cinta Senese were excellent. Fast service, good price considering it is in the center of Volterra. Very friendly staff.

25/04/2025: Il servizio un po’ disattento, abbiamo preso pizze: forno elettrico, impasto non un granché anche se i condimenti erano buoni . Dolci da non prendere. Conto sbagliato, ma non per colpa del cassiere ma delle cameriere

04/05/2025: Carne di una qualità pazzesca, una cantina semplicemente fantastica, personale super preparato, attento, cordiale e molto simpatico un visuale sulle colline divina. Un posto difficile da dimenticare, Su due giorni di soggiorno 2 sere su 2 abbiamo cenato lì. Quindi sicuramente un posto in cui fare ritorno appena possibile.

01/05/2025: Siamo stati con bambini ed amici accolti con superbia e sufficienza hanno portato il cibo prima agli adulti dimenticando i bambini cibo discutibile in qualità dando solo importanza alla presentazione prezzi decisamente non in linea con la qualità e il servizio ( lentissimo) ricevuti ! Sconsiglio vivamente in zona ce ne sono di migliori
