It was a rainy Monday, and despite the inclement weather and the unusual day, the owner decided to keep the restaurant open just for us thanks to our reservation. This thoughtful gesture made us feel immediately welcomed and pampered. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with attention to detail but without losing that natural, comfortable feel. The owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable: he guided us through our wine selection with passion and professionalism, making the evening even more enjoyable. 08/11/2025: ✍️ 🆕️ GOOD FOOD AND A BREATHTAKING VIEW ✅️💥 🍖🍝🥂For lunch, we chose this restaurant for its slightly secluded location compared to the others along the main street and for the option of eating outside on its terrace, accompanied by an exceptional view. The food particularly amazed us: from the lightness of the asparagus flan as an appetizer, to the delicacy of the risotto with zucchini flowers and pine nuts, to the bold flavor of the blueberry pappardelle with white Chianina ragù. 25/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, absolutely beautiful. Wonderful food. I was surprised by the unusual, colorful tablecloths, but I found them very creative and beautiful. Luigi's service was phenomenal, and he was also very good-humored. I celebrated my 65th birthday in style. Thank you.

18/12/2025: The atmosphere is a bit melancholic, but certainly historic. Service is a bit slow, but overall, a good and enjoyable experience. If I were to pass through Poggibonsi again, I'd do it again.

14/12/2025: A restaurant in the city center. Easily accessible. The menu offers typical Tuscan cuisine. We sampled the ribollita and other dishes, all prepared in keeping with tradition. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to the customer's needs.

13/10/2025: Discovered by chance, at the end of a FAI day that took us to the historic village of Campiglia Marittima. A delightful, well-maintained place, with courteous and professional service. Excellent cuisine and value, with a carefully curated and well-curated wine selection. An original, yet unpretentious menu. Solid cuisine, excellent presentation, a wonderful experience. We'll gladly try it again in the spring.

28/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with mouth-watering food... we ate fried octopus with gazpacho and tuna with caramelized onions... divine dishes, not to mention the sublime desserts... my husband is celiac and ate divinely!! Compliments also for the service and courtesy. We will definitely be back... the Masini family are guests of Sestosenso Suites.

26/10/2025: A very tasty restaurant! I loved the tartare! I especially loved the meat! I ordered the T-bone. The steak was simply superb, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's not very crowded at lunchtime. The service is excellent! The desserts weren't particularly impressive, but then again, it's a meat restaurant.

05/12/2025: A business dinner for 24 of us. Special thanks to Dario, who welcomed us, tolerated us, and refueled us with excellent pappardelle with wild boar and Castellinesi, sliced ​​beef with potatoes, a dessert, and a final punch. The live music made the evening even more enjoyable and lively.

07/12/2025: We had lunch at this historic restaurant nestled in the Lucca hills, surrounded by greenery. The dining room is beautiful, and the fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is excellent, offering traditional Lucca dishes using quality ingredients, with a special mention for the truly delicious and perfectly cooked meat.

29/11/2025: For me, it's one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in Lucca. The only drawback of the beautiful interior is the acoustics; we couldn't talk to the two friends I was with. It was Saturday night, though. The outdoor area must be beautiful in the summer, especially due to its location.
