Tried it for lunch. The pizza is low, practically without edge. The filling is good. Quick service, friendly staff. Room composed of several rooms with simple furnishings.

Firenze was a bit more difficult for me to figure out than Venice or Rome on our 9 day whirlwind tour of Italy. This place was a highlight. Off the beaten path, but still walkable from the SMN train station in the historic district. It’s a small neighborhood trattoria catering to students, locals and adventurous tourists. Pizza is the specialty of the house, but you can get decent plate of steak or bowl of mussels in tomato broth as well. The carbonara served at the table next to us looked good too. The price was right and the atmosphere was lively yet relaxed.

Simple and effective pizzeria, honest prices and good pizzas, the only flaw is that the take-away pizzas are served in large plastic plates that stick to the pizza underneath (but just ask to get the cardboard)

Ho già mangiato diverse volte qui e sono sempre stato soddisfatto: ambiente pulito, servizio rapido e uno dei migliori calzoni che abbia mai mangiato. Ringrazio il pizzaiolo Abdul 🇧🇩 che mi garantisce qualità e quantità.

La Leggenda dei Frati

07/04/2024: It was delight after delight with the food and the experience at La Leggenda dei Frati. The entire staff made an effort to welcome us and cater to us, from the waiters to the chef. We loved it.
