Pizza, really really good. And that's enough!

The environment is small and a bit narrow. The service is very fast and the waiters are friendly and helpful. I had already been to eat at this pizzeria and I really liked the pizza. I must say that this time I found the dough a little chewier, all in all quite digestible. However, nothing to say about the quality of the ingredients, you can feel that they are fresh and of high quality. We chose to split two pizzas: an Asparagus and a Grande Bellezza. Unfortunately, despite the request to remove the anchovies from the second one, it was still brought to us with all the ingredients. Errors that can happen but you should pay a little more attention. In the end we had a pistachio cheesecake, which was really good. All in all a positive experience, but I expected a little more!

We took two daisies to take away. The pizza, of the "canotto" type, is made with light and digestible dough and topped with quality ingredients. Minimal waiting times, for a Saturday evening! The only flaw was that the cooking was not too thorough: the crust was too burnt in several places while the tomato in the center was still raw. For this one star less... Otherwise highly recommended, if you prefer this type of pizza.

Per la città di Pistoia ormai è una sicurezza se parliamo di qualità e cortesia. Locale con pochi coperti ma che permette ai ragazzi di sala di “coccolarti” come si deve. I tempi di attesa sono veramente bassi ma non ne perde il gusto Pizza, dolci, antipasti e birre sono veramente ottimi. Consiglio di prenotare con anticipo, specie nel weekend Menzione d’onore per la pizza col cornicione ripieno… una specialità

Posto adatto per chi ama la pizza verace. Disponibile anche pizza con impasto integrale. Gusti ed ingredienti molto buoni, servizio un po' da rivedere, soprattutto i tempi di attesa. Personale comunque gentile. Consiglio soprattutto per le serate all aperto.
