18/05/2025: We came upon this fabulous restaurant by chance. I would like to start with the fact that the owner and server was outstanding with his recommendations. He was spot on with everything from wine selection to dessert. I am a tiramisu connoisseur and will tell you if you like tiramisu like I do, you must give it a try. The food is wonderful and the Menu changes periodically.

20/04/2025: A restaurant discovered by chance but which has certainly remained among my absolute favorites for the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Excellent raw material processed with care and professionalism, nice place and fair prices. We will definitely return even though it is an hour's drive from us.

06/05/2025: Nice local place, menu only in Italian, so they're definitely not geared towards tourists. We ate pasta, pizza and appetizers - all delicious, simple dishes with great quality ingredients.
06/05/2025: We ordered a classic Margherita pizza and pizza with cullatelo, i can't think of the name. Both pizzas were perfect and delicious. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was calming and chill, a perfect escape from the crowded centar. On top of that we enjoyed a glass of white toscan wine that paired great with the pizza.

10/05/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Gli addetti alla sala professionali ed estremamente cortesi. Ambiente chic e tranquillo. La qualità del cibo è di altissima qualità, accostamenti che lasciano in bocca sapori unici. E che dire del graditissimo saluto che lo chef Tomei riserva agli ospiti all'uscita. Serata unica.

26/05/2025: We spontaneously visited the trattoria during a day trip to Siena.
The food was okay, but the portions were rather small, and the prices were clearly in line with the high tourist volume.
The staff was friendly, but overall it was only an average experience—hence the three stars.
11/05/2025: We ended up in this restaurant in Siena by chance but we immediately felt at ease, very kind staff, excellent traditional dishes! The waiter recommended an excellent local Chianti. Average prices, if we happen again we will definitely be back!

28/04/2025: The restaurant, while maintaining an informal environment, is well-kept and very clean, with details that we always appreciate, such as the beamed ceilings and arches.
The staff were kind and friendly.
The cuisine is truly excellent with typical Tuscan dishes prepared and well executed.
Worth highlighting are the handmade tordelli which are among the best we have tasted.

04/05/2025: Locale grazioso alle porte del bellissimo borgo di Scarperia. Abbiamo pranzato nella taverna nel piano seminterrato, davvero caratteristica. Due primi con ottimo ragù tagliata, dolce e caffè, il tutto annaffiato da ottimo vino della casa. Tutto buonissimo, abbiamo digerito tutto e questo e garanzia di grande qualità. 18/05/2025: We ate there for the annual CinqueCento gathering. The numerous staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food (ravioli, fish) was very good, although the grilled fish needed a bit more seasoning for my taste.
