26/12/2025: I do not recommend this restaurant. The staff is rude (I was told that the waitress might not be well, so if she's not well she treats the customers badly, which is an absurd excuse). They're not equipped for children (they don't have a changing table, I had to change her diaper there while we ate), and the high chair was broken, I had to hold her. The food isn't bad, but the desserts aren't their strong point. The Christmas lunch menu cost €65, which was fine, but they wanted to charge a little girl who only ate a plate of clams €65. I understand that it's the Christmas menu, but humanely charging €65 to a little girl who didn't eat anything seems excessive. We reported it, and luckily they charged less, but the owner there treated us rudely, telling us we should be ashamed. In short, terrible service. I'd like them to think about one thing: there were 16 of us and we all complained. Maybe if I were them, I'd ask myself a few questions. Learn to work with customers because they're the ones who bring you money. A word of advice!

05/12/2025: It was recommended to us, and we were right to follow it! Pici with artichokes (which I absolutely recommend) was truly amazing!! My son had the duck breast and was very, very satisfied. The place is very small, with a Tuscan inn feel, the owner is friendly and kind, and the dishes are freshly prepared with care and passion, which you can taste in the flavors. I highly recommend it, and I hope to see you soon!

04/11/2025: A warm welcome awaits you at this restaurant, which isn't very large but serves good quality food, especially the fried cod. The wine is also excellent. I recommend it.

15/03/2026: I attended a group lunch with a menu chosen in advance to make things easier for the manager. The menu was meat-based, and I ate little and badly. I was in for a real treat.

08/03/2026: We were in this restaurant at the end of January. We had two slices of pork, which I must say were very good: one with porcini mushrooms and the other with arugula and parmesan, plus a platter of cold cuts, nothing special. We returned on March 7th, always in the evening, and we had two pork legs. They weren't pork legs, but rather two shanks. I have to say they were terrible, they had definitely been reheated in the microwave, they were cold inside and dry, served with four dry potatoes, two lettuce leaves... I'm sorry, we're not there, you can't serve two legs that aren't legs within 7 minutes of arriving. Then we had a grandmother's dessert. On the menu, it said it was served hot, but they brought it to us cold from the refrigerator... Anyway, everything was extremely bad, even the price. Guys, check the prices and also some things on the menu, and then in the end, even the waiter was rude. The price seemed excessive to me: two shanks, a bottle of water, and a small piece of 47-hour and 50-hour tart. He replied that he'd put the bill in front of me when he'd placed it under a paperweight. And, after all, you can't pay €5 for a cover charge for two with a paper placemat and a tissue.

01/12/2025: We stayed the first week of September in this property, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The room was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Half-board included a breakfast with fresh, delicious products, as well as a generous dinner. We were very impressed by the conviviality of the experience, with the opportunity to dine with other guests at the agriturismo. Overall, the property was clean and well-kept, with an adjoining swimming pool.

14/03/2026: To conclude our 30-plus-day campervan trip through Tuscany, we were looking for a special restaurant – and we definitely found a little gem. What an experience! Even the view from the outside was impressive and raised our expectations. We received a very warm welcome at reception and were shown to a very inviting table. The entire restaurant is decorated with great attention to detail, style, and beautiful fabrics and decorations. This prevents everything from feeling kitschy; instead, it's exceptionally tasteful and stylish. The menu focuses heavily on fish and seafood – which is precisely why we came here. It's only in Italian, and some dishes are quite unusual, so we occasionally used the translator on our phones. The staff was very helpful in this regard. The evening began in a unique way: A pitcher of dry ice, infused with a fragrance of mandarin, lemon, orange, and bergamot, was placed on a rotating plate. When water was added, it created an impressive reaction – intended, according to the staff, to help us relax and set the mood for the evening. The menu is heavily influenced by fish and seafood – which is exactly why we came here. The food we ordered was a feast for the eyes and tasted absolutely divine. Everything looked incredibly fresh and was artfully presented. The service was consistently professional and exceptionally charming. A perfect evening to end our trip. Highly recommended – reservations are absolutely essential, as all the tables were occupied during our visit.

11/03/2026: Friendly from the first to the last second. The menu was extensive, which we, as non-Italians, found a bit difficult to read quickly. No problem at all. We were helped! We were given as much time as we needed to peruse the menu thoroughly and decide what we wanted to eat. As in many good Italian restaurants, there was a wide selection of excellent wines. But even for us, who enjoy pairing several wines with a meal, there were half bottles from very good winemakers and some absolute highlights by the glass. The seafood and fish-focused cuisine was always perfectly prepared. The olive oil was superb. Wonderful music. Even if you don't particularly like Viareggio, you'll always find yourself wondering if there's a reason to return and eat at this restaurant again! Thank you for a lovely and successful evening.
