The restaurant exudes atmosphere, with a cozy and romantic interior and a breathtaking view that makes you momentarily forget you haven't landed in an Italian movie. The food? Delizioso! Every bite was a treat, and the house wine was so good that we wondered why we would ever order anything else. But the best part? The warmth and the family feeling. The owners and staff are not only super nice, but also genuinely dog-friendly – ​​our four-legged friend even got his own bowl of water and a pat on the head. In short: if you are looking for an authentic Italian experience where both you and your dog feel welcome, then Il Convivio dei Corsi is the perfect choice! We will definitely be back – a presto!

17/05/2026: I've never left a negative review. I'd rather not leave anything if I'm not satisfied. But not this time. The portions were huge, like 30 grams of pasta per person. When I pointed this out, the responses were truly arrogant. The bill was truly out of proportion for what we received. Go elsewhere for lunch or dinner, that's the only advice I can give.

01/05/2026: Extraordinary cuisine, authentic, genuine, and deeply rooted in the local area. Passion, expertise, and a true Tuscan soul are evident here. The owners welcome you with warmth and attention, making you feel like a guest before you are a customer. We tasted magnificent pici with tuna, excellent black spaghetti with shrimp and asparagus, surprising sea urchins with truffle and quail eggs, and delicious squid with artichokes: carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful dishes that showcase excellent ingredients. It's a true restaurant, where you can sense the passion for this craft. The bill is absolutely fair and fully justified by the quality of the ingredients, the sourcing of local products, and the overall experience it offers.

05/04/2026: We ordered the tasting menu, and the food was absolutely not worth the price. All the dishes were flavorless, and the portions were tiny. The flavors overall didn't seem to pair very well. We left the restaurant still hungry and not satisfied with our meal. It's incredible that it's been on the Michelin list for so many years in a row. The city is pretty, and there are definitely better options.

02/06/2026: We had lunch on the terrace, overlooking the sea. The menu is limited, just as I like it, and the dishes everyone chose were delicious and beautifully presented. The Ukrainian waitress who served us deserves a special mention: she was friendly and professional.

02/06/2026: The wait staff was so nice and gave us some great recommendations on food and drinks! Cocktails were 6 euros and a great value! We enjoyed the pesto gnocchi and the sausage calzone, as well as the cheese and pepper pasta (can’t remember actually name) to eat!

02/06/2026: Good food, friendly staff, high prices (but we're in Florence). I didn't like the fact that a waiter made fun of some customers by saying "they don't even know how many there are". I was alone and asked if it was possible to reduce the starter and make it for just one person, and he said no (it would have been enough to reduce the food, smart guy!) I don't think I'll be back.

05/05/2026: The place is enchanting: the garden is well-maintained, and there are tables and loungers available for relaxing, immersing yourself in nature, and admiring the landscape. The rooms are welcoming and spacious, and are equipped with a variety of amenities, such as a minibar, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. The food was excellent, both for the raw ingredients used and for the chef's cooking, which allowed us to enjoy traditional dishes, always carefully crafted and paired with flavors that truly brought out the best in them. The welcome we received made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Recommended by a friend; we've only tried the restaurant. Wonderful location on a beautiful plateau in the mountains, excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and the owner is a wonderful person. The perfect place to truly unwind. If you love animals, bring carrots; the donkeys at the fence will surely appreciate them. We came with three dogs, and they were happy too. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

They serve an authentic, regional, and delicious menu with heart and skill, leaving you feeling satisfied and happy. We are absolutely enchanted to have found this gem in a wildly romantic, seemingly deserted valley. In addition, there's a very charming and elegant resort with beautifully furnished apartments, including a pool with panoramic views.

02/06/2026: Isolated restaurant above Isola Santa, we ate on Saturday from the fixed menu, the pasta samples and the homemade pasta itself were delicious, the second course was good as were the starters, prosecco as a welcome drink, dessert, coffee and after-dinner drink.
