18/05/2025: Very good food. Impeccable service from the staff. However, there is a lady at the entrance who could be more careful when dealing with the public. Gastronomy is sacred, but as soon as we arrived we felt uncomfortable. Anyway, we tried the food and it was perfect. Just this small detail, which can make a customer not want to return because they don't feel welcome.

15/05/2025: Great restaurant! A very different place in the basement and very cool. Both the pasta dishes and the pizzas are very well prepared and well served. The service is excellent. The dessert we ordered was delicious. We had dinner at the same restaurant twice because we liked it so much. I highly recommend it!!!

23/05/2025: the food is some of the best I’ve had in Florence. The area is beautiful, the house wine is excellent, but most of all the staff & the service are unmatched. Alban is the sweetest waiter we’ve ever had! I come to the restaurant at least once a week for the papardelle and the cheesecake. Definitely recommend!

07/06/2025: Reading the reviews I came to this restaurant with few expectations... but as you know I have no prejudices unless I touch it first... panoramic terrace...... elegant furnishings friendly service... the pici alla Tonino were a pleasant surprise... even if a little too spicy for me they were very good mixed to perfection... the platter of cured meats just right delicious... as well as the platter of cheeses sublime... excellent wine list... I didn't like the warm heart cake... in my opinion passed and overcooked.... the prices are average

31/05/2025: Very nice view, very nice service, vary good food and very unpleasant restaurant manager. I've been in this restaurant last year and liked it a lot due to the wonderful view. So this year, visiting Cortona again, I wanted to come back and knew exactly where I wanted to be seated. During table reservation, I've specified where I wanted us to be seated (right by the fence to have a better view) which was well understood and noted in the reservation book. However when we got to the restaurant, the unpleasant manager refused to let us sit at the table we reserved, claiming it was reserved by someone else a month in advance. He refused to check the note left in the reservation book and made us sit right in front of the table I've booked. Those mystweious clients never came and the table remained empty for the rest of the evening. Long story short: great place except but unpleasant manager

19/05/2025: Pizza place highly overrated. Our Italian friend said it was a pretty average pizza, a bit 'gommosa' and 'acquosa'.

18/05/2025: One of the best pizzerias in Florence, the pizza is very good and the spaghetti alla marinière is also excellent.

12/06/2025: The food was very good, though a bit expensive-- however, the prices were comparable to other similar places. Unfortunately, the aperol spritz was disappointing, more so as we had been waiting through our first week in Europe for when we arrived in Italy to get one. Sadly it only tasted like the prosecco within, with only a bit of the color of aperol. So, we could have skipped that choice & saved a bit for another night.

01/06/2025: Really great. We were looking for a restaurant, were afraid of the tourist traps but this was really good. Rather cheap than affordable, good quality meat, nice service. Perfecto, grazie.

02/05/2025: Posto molto interessante,alla periferia di Montecatini ,tagliere toscano con salumi ottimi e focaccetta fantastica ,i primi molto buoni...gnocchetti al sugo di granchio e tordelli al ragù..il tutto annaffiato da un buon bianco.prezzi al di sotto della media per la qualità .Consigliatissimo

08/05/2025: Siamo stati oggi a pranzo x il 39novesimo compleanno di una amica con sua mamma e la mia.il ristorante e' carino, tranquillo e i camerieri gentili.cibo ottimo dall antipasto ai secondi.un plauso x gli spaghettini all amatriciana che erano buonissimi! X vino un alicante 35 euro buono. Quindi un antipasto, 4 primi, 4 secondi con una tagliata di manzo e una di tonno, 3 contorni e 3 passiti ah piu un altro mezzo litro di rosso.164 il conto.tutto e' stato ottimo!

08/05/2025: We went for lunch today for a friend's 39th birthday with her mother and mine. The restaurant is nice, quiet and the waiters were kind. Excellent food from the starter to the main courses. A big applause for the spaghettini all'amatriciana which was delicious! For wine a Alicante 35 euros good. So an appetizer, 4 first courses, 4 second courses with a slice of beef and a slice of tuna, 3 side dishes and 3 dessert wines plus another half liter of red wine. The bill was 164. Everything was excellent!

05/04/2025: Food poisoning after having the seafood medley. I don’t see other posts about food poisoning here, so hopefully it’s a rare occurrence, but be careful what you order here.

05/06/2025: I'll start by saying that there were 2 of us and we only ate one pizza each and a poker of bruschetta. From how the poker was presented to me I thought it was more like 4 bruschetta, each different from the other, but instead it was two flavors (diced tomato and a pâté di vui I couldn't tell you). Since I said that the poker was for one person I thought it was more like 4 distinct flavors...well...about the pizza you have to say, nothing particularly exceptional. Good and well cooked. The service was kind and fast. From the photos I saw online, I imagined the environment to be a bit more intimate, but that's fine too. We had a good time.

13/04/2025: My experience at Mamma Napoli couldn't have been better! In addition to the cozy and warm atmosphere on an extremely cold day, the food was magnificent! We followed the recommendations of the waiter Soni, who recommended wonderful dishes! The food was surprising, from its sauces to its texture, and the final touch was the friendliness of the waiter!

Eravamo in quattro ed abbiamo preso dall’antipasto al dolce, tutto squisito e di ottima qualità. In base alle portate il proprietario ci ha consigliato anche un ottimo vino. Torneremo sicuramente, se passate da Vicchio andateci e non rimarrete delusi

23/05/2025: 5/25 We went there last night for a pizza with friends. The atmosphere is very comfortable with several tables. The menu is meat or fish and the dishes I saw passing by are very tempting. We ate a pizza. I had a Barberino with porcini mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella and salami, my friend had a red one with rocket and something else, while my partner had a white one with truffled porcini mushrooms and buffalo mozzarella. All very good. The desserts are in another category. The tiramisu I ate regenerated me while the sorbets were exceptional. Two medium beers, a mineral water and the evening ended beautifully. The price then....very honest. I recommend
