07/08/2025: Non c'è molto da dire, l'esperienza del sig Paolo garantisce che la pizza, qui, sia un'opera d'arte. Gli ingredienti sono rigorosamente selezionati e ben combinati. La varietà dei condimenti è talmente varia e di qualità così sopraffina che anche i palati più all'esigenti saranno soddisfatti. Personalmente apprezzo più la pizza che la cucina, ma suppongo siano gusti. Il servizio di sala è attento, preciso e il personale è molto gentile garantendo un'atmosfera rilassata e familiare. Ci siamo stati diverse volte e ci torneremo (speriamo) altre volte.

05/08/2025: Unfortunately, nothing special. The food was okay for the price, but not enough. It's not a very nice city; you sit in the pedestrian zone, but it's not really worth it. The staff were inattentive.

28/07/2025: Fresh pasta in the same location for over 60 years! The portions are generous. The prices are reasonable for the location and quality. Everything is prepared with love, especially the tiramisu.

06/06/2025: Testé ce midi en famille... déjà l'endroit est magnifique avec un intérieur tout en bois et brique, les jambons pendus, les desserts qui sentent bon... Tout ce qu'on a pris étaient: -bons -copieux -à un prix vraiment raisonnable -que du fait maison Pour ne rien gâcher, un service agréable et souriant. Vraiment une très bonne adresse, je recommande!

15/06/2025: Luogo incantevole in cui lo Chef Francesco Nunziata col suo eccellente staff , ci hanno accompagnato in un'esperienza degustativa meravigliosa, un viaggio dove il godimento è stato totale per vista, olfatto e gusto . Non per ultima la cura e l'attenzione per le portate e il pane senza glutine .Grazie a tutti per ciò che avete regalato 🥰

01/08/2025: The food was delicious (oven-baked chicken with fries, pasta) and the service was friendly. It's a shame they charged a coperto fee for our 2-year-old who dined with us.

14/07/2025: A wonderful discovery! The setting is magnificent, truly pleasant. The staff is very welcoming. The dishes were excellent, with generous portions. A place we recommend without hesitation, and where we will return with pleasure.

01/07/2025: Absolutely the best fish restaurant in Florence, I have really tried many of them. Very nice and almost homely (not touristic) treatment of customers. I have difficulty in advertising specific dishes, many are excellent, so better use the mixes (like antipasto misto), which are their strong point.

22/06/2025: The restaurant is a hidden gem. The royal appetizer, tasted in small portions brought a little at a time, was delicious: the raw fish was of the highest quality (the oyster and red shrimp were divine), the cuttlefish juicy, the fish paté accompanied by the onion reduction left you speechless. The spaghetti with crab was also very good, the portion was generous. The waiters were really kind and always present. I really recommend this little place to everyone. If I were to ever be in the area again, I would return without a shadow of a doubt!

24/07/2025: Molto rumoroso, davvero tanto, e servizio molto lento e disordinato. Non abbiamo assaggiato le pizze ma i piatti del giorno ed il fritto, buoni. Ma appunto, davvero difficile avere una conversazione al tavolo dato il frastuono. Poi alle pareti i poster di Balbo (e ci sta, siamo ad Orbetello), ma pure il crocifisso appeso ed il calendario di Trump, non il massimo del buongusto in un locale pubblico.

19/07/2025: Questo ristorante è fantastico: cibo, scelta di birre e vini, servizio, tutto eccellente. Bisogna prenotare. Quando siamo usciti c'era la coda fuori di tanta gente che, alle ore 21:30 aspettava per entrare. Le pizze sono buonissime ed in tante varietà ma noi abbiamo provato il pesce al forno con patate. Ci torneremo.

23/07/2025: First of all, the food was delicious and reasonably priced! The waitress was also fantastic, as was the service! The atmosphere was great, and the terrace was nicely filled.

22/07/2025: We just had a wine and a spritz. As the deal they advertise was a spritz and a pizza for 13€ we thought it would be cheap enough. But no, they charged 10€ for the spritz. This is more of a cafe bar than a restaurant and we saw them heating up prepared food. However we didn’t eat anything so can’t comment on the food. I wouldn’t recommend based on what I saw.

13/07/2025: Friday evening was very busy, the spaghetti cacio e pepe was superb despite the heat, the steak was tender, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and unobtrusive. We'll be back!

11/07/2025: A lovely setting not far from the center of Pietrasanta, quiet and private, perfect for a relaxing dinner. The dishes are excellent, expertly prepared, almost entirely seafood-based, but there are also meat and vegetarian options. The staff is helpful, polite, and super friendly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products. Highly recommended!!!

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to Osteria al Borgo wasn't quite as great as the other reviews suggest. In some places, it seems as if the restaurant had recently changed hands and hasn't been particularly organized since. We arrived at the restaurant with seven people. Upon first glance at the menu, it became clear to us: They apparently don't serve pizza here, even though the restaurant advertises itself as a pizzeria. When we asked why the place had pizza in its name, we were simply told: They don't serve it anymore. We decided to stay anyway. Right from the start, the following went wrong: A drink was forgotten, and there were no wine glasses for the wine, or only upon request. After receiving our meals with significant delays, two side dishes were still missing. One arrived very late, the other wasn't brought even after repeated requests. It was still listed on the bill. The dishes themselves were okay, but definitely not worth the price, as they were also very small. We then went elsewhere to get a pizza. From my perspective, we wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Hopefully, we just caught a bad day.

01/08/2025: I've known about this place for almost two years. And since then, I HAVE to go there at least once a week (?). The excellent cuisine, especially the fish, and the kindness, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff make it a temptation I can't resist. And the prices... absolutely reasonable!! Only one flaw: it's 40 km from where I live.

12/08/2025: The tables near the kitchen are too hot and uncomfortable. White pizza with smoked salmon and arugula: the salmon is not good; it should be served very thinly sliced, not chopped.

10/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria restaurant, generous portions, more than fair prices, absolutely essential reservations, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent seafood dishes but no shortage of meat options.

02/08/2025: As soon as you enter, you realize it's a place with meticulous attention to detail. You're greeted with a smile even when it's packed. The bartender prepares amazing cocktails and can quickly convince you if you're unsure. After an aperitif, you dine in a welcoming space, and the wait staff is very professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, a person who conveys the passion and care she and her staff put into preparing the menu. I highly recommend it for aperitifs, business dinners, or just for pleasure. My work team and I, after stressful days, have always been welcomed and pampered as if we were family. And last but not least, a shout out to the owner's mother. Fabio.

11/08/2025: The Osteria da Gano was a real hit! The restaurant was recommended to us by the host of our hotel Palazzo di Valli – and it was a top tip. Every single dish was convincing: – The Crostone with Cavolo Nero and Lardo was rustic and sophisticated. – The ravioli with pumpkin, gorgonzola and walnuts – creamy, nutty, perfectly balanced. – The tagliatelle al ragù bianco di cinta were a dream – the finest ragù from the Cinta Senese pig, typical of the region. – Also salad and vegetable side dishes: fresh, lovingly prepared, simply honest and delicious. The service was super friendly, attentive and calm - you feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy with loving details. Great value for money. Conclusion: If you are in Siena – go! A real recommendation for anyone who likes good Tuscan cuisine.
