Il Giardino di Barbano In Firenze

An absolute gem in Florence! We had a wonderful evening at Osteria Il Giardino di Barbano. The food was fantastic – authentic Tuscan cuisine with super fresh ingredients (the homemade pasta is divine!). The service was also excellent: incredibly warm, attentive, and efficient; you immediately feel welcome. The highlight, however, is the beautiful garden – a true little oasis in the heart of the city, where you can relax wonderfully. If you're in Florence, you absolutely must stop by. We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff took the time to recommend a selection of dishes that paired perfectly together, making the entire dining experience feel carefully curated. We were welcomed with a Prosecco aperitif and water, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant also offers a large wine selection, and the beer was excellent as well. The Pasta and Pizza was absolutely delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. To finish, the dessert was just as outstanding as the rest of the meal. Overall, everything from the first welcome to the final bitte was great. We had a wonderful evening and a memorable dining experience.

Zach made our dinner absolutely wonderful- he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment we sat down. The food and service were both excellent, and the whole staff made us feel right at home. If you’re visiting Florence for the first time, especially from out of the country, this is a must! Highly recommend.

A truly charming place, centrally located yet in a quiet corner. The outdoor garden is lovely, the food excellent, and the service impeccable. Perhaps the only thing I'd improve is the first course menu. Regardless, it's worth a try, both for the food and the atmosphere.

The “secret garden” in the back of the osteria is a beautiful spot where you feel you’ve escaped the crowds and can enjoy the amazing food and atmosphere. I highly recommend their steak. It was one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere.
