Nice hotel, located in a unique position

The location is excellent, and overall it's a beautiful resort. If I had to offer a small constructive criticism, I'd give the front desk more attention. They didn't provide us with enough information, and it took us a quarter of an hour to find our room, asking for directions twice. Overall, I didn't experience this kind of courtesy in making guests feel pampered. Other couples felt the same way. At the gala dinner, a woman asked for chamomile tea after not eating anything; it was charged to her room. I find this rude. Think about it and use this review to help you improve.

SONNET TO THE PERFECT HOTEL In the gentle scent of the sea breeze, the evening was silent in lucid splendor, and the wave, overcome by the placid light, seemed the guardian of such a divine hour. The sky smiled on the morning grass, where my lady had girded her honor high; and in her shone such noble valor that every soul seemed to draw near to it. The sweet table and the delicate wines stirred a secret sweetness in the heart, like the song of veiled angels. And my little girl, happy and gentle, ran among flowers and luminous meadows, like the guardian of a secret peace.

I really enjoyed the breakfasts and the different restaurants. I was at a yoga retreat, and we relaxed and had a blast. The food was excellent. Service 10/10

Fantastic experience. Kudos to all the staff, especially Giusi at the reception, who even upgraded us at the last minute to find us a beautiful room that was renovated last year. Also, kudos to the entire restaurant staff, who make you feel at home and are incredibly friendly. The beach and services are dreamy. A place that makes you feel at home and more, highly recommended. ————————————————————— Update: Second year in a row in this paradise, which has now become an annual must-see. Since last year, we've fallen in love with the place, the staff, and the kindness and harmony that reigns supreme. I recommend everyone to come to this property at least once, to fall in love with it and return every year, as we have, and I think of most of the people who have become regulars. I can't find any faults, starting with the breakfast, the hotel's amenities, and the people who work there, who make you feel right on vacation. The rooms are spotless, and the food is truly top-notch. Congratulations as always, and heartfelt greetings to Giusi at reception and Domenico in the dining room. You are all truly special ❤️

It's simply wonderful here. The hotel's location, the fantastic beach, and the selection of pools (including seawater) are all superb. The food selection is more than ample, and the wine list is extensive. The prices are high, but fairly typical for a 5-star hotel. The excellent service deserves special mention. At the pool bar, drinks are served with chips and delicious dip, as well as delectable canapés. The rooms have the charm of a grand hotel and are tidy and clean. We certainly feel very comfortable here.
