Unfortunately, I hadn't been back to eat at Luis and David's for a few years, and it was a wonderful rediscovery. The environment is always splendid, intimate and warm, with attention to every detail. The cuisine is amazing and the hospitality is equally amazing. I can't wait to go back already!

An unconventional restaurant where you can appreciate refined and attentive cuisine which combines flavors that are not typical of the area but which blend well with the Tuscan tradition. The owner Luis knows how to welcome and create a convivial atmosphere without excesses of protagonism and his experience acquired over years of life spent in Paris is found in the flavor of the very French setup that he has reconstructed in his restaurant. The only note is that the cost is a little over the top, although quality and service can allow us to indulge in this aspect........

Cena dell'1 gennaio. Apertura per pochi intimi, con il servizio garantito dai titolari Luis e David. Locale caldo e accogliente, arredato ed addobbato con gusto ed originalità. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto: materie prime pregiate, piatti equilibrati e gustosi, il simpatico e professionale servizio di Luis, ma più di tutto la sua scelta di rifiutare nuovi avventori (pur avendo tavoli liberi), per garantire la qualità del servizio sia agli stessi che ai clienti già presenti in sala. Un comportamento tanto raro quanto meritevole. BRAVI! Torneremo!

Beautiful place, amazing dishes and priceless owner!!! I treated myself to more "shoes", much to the laughter of the owner... I will come back for sure!!!

Charming place, with attention to the smallest details, excellent cuisine with a particular menu: the chickpea pie with mushrooms and the super citrus tiramisu!

Nice outside seating, we chose the sea bass ravioli (tasty) as a shared primi and both had the osso bucco (flavor some and nice size) one was a little tougher than the other, still nice. Wine by the glass was full bodied. We enjoyed our meal.

Top restaurant! From service to cooking, the products are quality. Lots of finesse and flavors. This is a change from the Italian dishes found in all other restaurants. Thank you for this good time!

The owner is a very nice character, the dishes were all excellent, especially the dessert: Citrus tiramisu 🍊 the only flaw, I would have preferred the portions to be a little more generous. I would happily stay here again though!
