But it is what happens at the table that truly defines this restaurant. I chose the nine-course tasting menu, and from the very first bite, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. Each course was a story in itself, balancing artistry, innovation, and deep respect for Tuscan tradition. The pacing was flawless, the flavors precise, and the plating so beautiful it felt almost criminal to disturb it. Standout dishes included a course that reimagined seasonal vegetables as if they were jewels on the plate, and a main that struck the perfect harmony between rustic soul and modern finesse. 23/08/2025: We went to this restaurant on a friend's recommendation, and I have to say he was right. We booked a year in advance, because that's the timing... Everything was truly delicious and tasty; we were able to savor the true flavor of every dish served. The price is standard: €45 per person, including all dishes and wine. We opted for an appetizer, first course, and dessert, without a second course, wine, and coffee, and we still spent €45. I highly recommend it, but go on an empty stomach because you'll eat a lot.

01/10/2025: Rintocco is exactly what you're looking for as a vacationer in Tuscany: authentic food, super friendly owners and waiters, local drinks, and great value for money. A clear recommendation: the pizza and the beef fillet are particularly delicious. The beef fillet cost €18 and was a relatively large piece and very good. Reserve in advance!

22/09/2025: Hands down some of the best food we have had in Italy and some of the best pizza we’ve EVER had. Wonderful owners and staff. Great location. Beautiful town. Honestly, that food was insane. We are coming back tomorrow. I can’t leave Italy without more of everything I ate. And more. Absolutely charming.

25/09/2025: This restaurant might be a little hard to find, but it's worth it! It has a wonderful, quiet atmosphere, with a stunning view and a terrace. It's like stepping into a small medieval tavern. The local dishes are wonderfully prepared. Everything we tried was professionally prepared and delicious. The chef did a fantastic job! If you're looking for somewhere to eat but want to do it before the other restaurants open, this is the place for you! You won't regret it! The restaurant is easy to find by following the signs from the main road. It's also in a beautiful, welcoming location.

29/09/2025: If you love meat, this is the place! Best carpaccio I've ever had! Delicious gnocchi, and the large chunks of meat were served. Being on the roadside, it's a bit noisy, but that also has its charm.

22/09/2025: A lovely restaurant with very friendly staff. It was very busy and I didn't have a reservation. The owner asked for a 10-minute wait, and after 10 minutes, I was seated. The menu was only in Italian. A waiter was kind enough to explain each dish in English. The food was excellent; I enjoyed it immensely. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

26/09/2025: Stayed in Florence for a few nights and wandered in here based on reviews, but they don't do the food justice. Fantastic wine choices but a more limited food menu, what you want in a place like this. Have the cheese and truffle fondue, it's just brilliant and I want the recipe. We also had a steak, 1.5KG of beauty. Another table had ordered steaks (we didn't know) and the smell was so amazing if we hadn't ordered we would have changed our order. Get the side salad and potatoes and an amazing bottle and just enjoy. Our friends never had cantuccini and vin Santo. Here the science of baking is displayed in their biscuits, we loved them. Other deserts were also well worth it and a tribute to the pastry chef. Want to go back again. Thank you folks it was brilliant
