12/12/2025: For a dear friend's birthday, we were fortunate enough to dine at this wonderful restaurant. The setting is refined, impeccably clean, and meticulously maintained. The atmosphere is magical, accompanied by light, relaxing background music. The impeccable welcome is evident from the moment you enter: the entire staff, without exception, is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every guest's needs. The cuisine literally blew us away: a wide-ranging and well-balanced selection of seafood and meat, using the highest-quality ingredients. We chose the Hearts Tasting Menu, which proved to be a sublime experience from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend their signature dish, Bavette sul pesce, which is simply extraordinary. The wine list is also noteworthy, with a truly excellent selection. Special thanks to Matteo for his valuable and timely advice on choosing wines, and to Chiara, who made us feel right at home. I have no negatives to report: the Lorenzo Restaurant in Forte dei Marmi is an institution and fully deserves its fame.

14/10/2025: It was so special. Stefano and his staff could not have been more welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The shower was outstanding. The inn itself was old world feeling with the comfort of a newer hotel.

08/10/2025: We visited the restaurant several times during our week-long vacation. We would have visited more often, but the restaurant was fully booked, and no wonder. The food was really good, the place had an atmosphere, but the best thing was the incredibly warm service. The staff is absolutely top-notch and the restaurateur himself is a sight to behold: such a cheerful and caring atmosphere maintainer that nothing could be better. Thank you very much! 04/12/2025: A carefully renovated old farmhouse in an easy-to-reach location, framed by a stream and bamboo canes, the atmosphere is so familiar it feels like home. The staff is attentive and friendly, ready to fulfill any wish. The food is truly exquisite, top-quality, expertly prepared. The wines are truly excellent, as is the bill. Try it and let me know. 29/09/2025: We arrived by motorbike in August. It was quiet and relaxing, and we ate wonderfully! The mountain view is priceless.

19/09/2025: Beautiful, peaceful location, wonderful stay, friendly owner, and a superb chef. We stayed here for five days. We'll definitely be back.

29/10/2025: The duck breast was overcooked, resulting in a grayish color and a dry taste. The salad was dressed with mayonnaise. I wouldn't go back.

21/10/2025: The tortellini with pecorine cheese sauce was good, but there were more negatives. We asked for well-done meat, but unfortunately they brought burnt meat, meaning it was pink on the inside but charred on the outside. It tasted bad and lacked salt. They only brought slices of bread to the table as a starter. There was nothing on offer as a cover dish. There was no salt or oil on the table either.

22/12/2025: It is a perfect place to have a meal at Firenze. The waiter (Walter) is very kind and polite. Try the gnocchi with pear and walnuts, it's the best we've ever had.

21/12/2025: Walter greeted us at the door with such a friendly smile, we knew we were at the right place! A hole in the wall restaurant, Walter is the epitome of hospitality and his wife cooked us the most amazing meal as she is the chef. We ordered the tenderloin with green pepper sauce and my oh my, tender it was! Cannot recommend this enough. Best meat I’ve had in Italy. The gnocchi seems unassuming but at first bite it had so much complexity with the way the cheeses balanced the pear and walnuts. Impeccable service, impeccable food. Thank you both for making such a memorable meal for our honeymoon!

Run by a charming mother-and-daughter team, it offers exclusively fish dishes prepared with remarkable skill and creativity – truly at Michelin-star level. The warm hospitality, stylish atmosphere, and outstanding cuisine made our evening unforgettable. A hidden gem in Cavriglia that every visitor to the region should experience!

29/09/2025: If you love meat, this is the place! Best carpaccio I've ever had! Delicious gnocchi, and the large chunks of meat were served. Being on the roadside, it's a bit noisy, but that also has its charm.

11/12/2025: Places like La Brac are a lifesaver for the touristy soul of central Florence. A rare authentic venue in the heart of the historic center. A romantic place, with a vision that transcends mere profit. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, unexpected flavors and pairings, and excellent food and wine at fair prices. Long live places like La Brac!

04/12/2025: Tucked away in a small lane in Florence. Serving good fresh vegetarian food in a library ambience. Art lovers, book lovers will find enough space and time over food to enjoy.

05/11/2025: After a whole day of walking we dropped by this place one night and ordered 2 pizzas to go, the guy at the front was very friendly and took our order. While we waited we could see that this spot had a lot of movement and people coming in to dinner. Next time we are in Firenze we will try to go, make the time and sit down to have dinner.
