Peperosa was a wonderful discovery. Silvia is attentive to her customers and incredibly passionate about what she does. The menu is always varied, and the daily specials are worth the visit. The Peperosa appetizer is a must-try; the mixed mango gazpacho is a delight, as is the tartared amberjack, exquisite in its simplicity and garnish. The extremely positive review is rounded out by the wide selection of quality wines and the kitchen's homemade schiacciatine.
The atmosphere is very quiet; this place deserves a more casual location, not for tourists (who I'm more than convinced would devour everything) but for Pisans seeking excellent cuisine and excellent service.

We discovered this restaurant based on online reviews. We weren't disappointed! The dishes were delicious, inventive, and very generous! The waitress was lovely and very helpful in helping us choose our meals. If we ever return to Pisa, we'll definitely eat here again!

Great place to be! The best experience for a fine dining in Italy so far! Thumbs up for the lady who welcomed and served us who gave her best to explain the entire menu, recommend the best wine and make us feel special guests. We strongly recommend this place to everyone who would like to experience a difference side of Italian food.
