18/05/2025: I think it's one of the few places left where everything is cooked on the spot. Last night we wanted to have dinner in Massa Marittima and we couldn't have ended up in a better place. Few seats, everything managed by the owner who offers different dishes every day. Everything is delicious. Congratulations Caterina, we will definitely come back to visit you!

17/05/2025: We wanted to eat something good, we couldn't have ended up better. Caterina the owner and chef manages everything by herself And it's like entering her home. She cooks everything on the spot, the pici pulled at the moment even the involtino cooked express. I've never eaten in a place like this. We will definitely return and this review is to reward the love she puts into her work that you can feel in her dishes. Congratulations and keep it up! Valentina the drunken fairy from Sarzana ☺️

29/05/2025: Heerlijke smoked spaghetti gegeten echt een aanrader. Rest was ook voortreffelijk. Werden ons twee soorten dessertwijn aangeboden om het verschil goed te kunnen proeven.

17/05/2025: Absolutely fantastic restaurant located above the valley with a fantastic view, a garden terrace, and plenty of parking. The road is a bit narrow and bumpy, but that's normal here... Highly recommended!

05/06/2025: Very well-kept restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere in the center of the town. Very popular so I highly recommend booking in advance. As appetizers we tried the mix of vegetable tarts, very good and a tartare with fried egg amazing! Like a Florentine steak served with the hot plate aside to heat it up (it was very useful). For dessert an excellent apple clafoutis recommended by the very kind lady who served us. I give 4 stars because we wanted to share a slice of about 800g but, since it ran out, they offered us a Florentine steak (obviously more expensive) of similar weight. The weight was almost double, so the bill turned out to be decidedly salty. Having said that, excellent and quality food!

30/04/2025: Perfect ravioli with pear (on the menu: Fagottini di pere), delicious Quatro Formaggio pizza. Gnudi alla crema di parmigiano is also tasty. A nice stop on a hot day.

21/05/2025: We got recommended this restaurant by our hotel and it was fantastic! The staff were able to squeeze a table for four of us in and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. And the food was incredible! The pecorino, truffle pasta, and the soufflé were our absolute favorite. You have to try this place when you come to Florence, you won’t be disappointed!

31/05/2025: After waling around sightseeing we stopped here for lunch we had liguine w seafood which was not very fresh seafood, I had Ravioli Tartufo Nero was good but could have been more Tartufo on the ravioli.

28/04/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante consigliato dal B&B in cui pernottavamo. È stata una bella e piacevole sorpresa. La location è particolare ed accogliente e sembra di fare un viaggio nel passato! Il È un ristorante a gestione familiare e propone, grazie ai consigli del "signor cameriere" (così lo avevamo soprannominato, vista l'eleganza che presentava), un menù di pochi piatti ma veramente ricercati e deliziosi. Solo per indicarne un paio, consiglio il tortino come antipasto e il peposo, ma ci sarebbe da divertirsi ad assaggiare tutto. Dopo questa prima esperienza, siamo ritornati anche la sera successiva. Lo scrivo giusto per completezza, i prezzi sono giusti ed economici: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ovviamente conviene prenotare. Per chi è celiaco come me, non ci sono problemi in quanto basta farlo presente e anche i primi possono essere fatti senza glutine. Una goduria unica. Buon viaggio culinario!

23/04/2025: Nice surprise. Went to San Miniato for Easter and booked for Easter Monday dinner. Simple and elegant environment. Young and professional staff with both meat and fish based menus. Excellent quality of dishes with average prices. Recommended if you are in the area

08/06/2025: Can’t say enough good things about how incredible our meal was. Martina and Phillip are amazing. The food was out of this world (duck pasta and steak were our favorites as well as the beef appetizer and hazelnut gelato. YUM!!) and the ambiance was magical. If you are within six hours of this place, work it in your itinerary to stop by. One of the very best meals of our entire trip.
