02/11/2023: I was with friends at the restaurant, a terrace overlooking the sea in an enchanting bay among the most beautiful in Salento. Romantic and enchanting evening. The cuisine is excellent with carefully prepared dishes and very fresh fish. The staff is friendly and professional and the service is fast. The view alone is worth a visit

01/10/2023: Quest'anno siamo riusciti a goderci Serine nelle diverse fasi della stagione, prima la magia della primavera, poi l'estate, con caldo e cicale, poi l'inizio autunno con una luce diversa, ombre più lunghe e atmosfere più intime. Esperienze diverse, ognuna col suo fascino, per chi ama il contatto con la natura, i suoi cambiamenti. I profumi ed i sapori della cucina Salentina quest'anno potremo ritrovarli anche a casa, quando ne sentiremo la nostalgia, grazie alle ricette che il cuoco della struttura, Giuseppe Petracca, ha riportato nel suo libro fresco di stampa "La cucina delle massare salentine", pubblicato anche in inglese. Grazie a tutto lo staff, al prossimo anno!

17/03/2024: Scelta per caso leggendo le recensioni, raggiungiamo Specchia ed il suo centro storico che come sempre incanta. Piacevole location che ti fa sentire come a casa. Personale simpatico e cordiale. Abbiamo assaggiato un fritto misto salentino molto buono e due primi a dir poco squisiti Il tutto accompagnato da due calici di vino freschissimo.

07/02/2024: Hi everyone I ate in this restaurant two evenings in a row, the first to taste the pizza and the second to taste the fish. I was fascinated, a real restaurant just outside the center of Lecce with the characteristics of a large restaurant located in the center of the main Italian cities!! Pizza with perfect flavor but the highlight is the fish and the service. Gourmet and highly professional features in a normal environment at restaurant prices. Congratulations, if a pain in the ass like me came back two nights in a row and will come back again, it means that you are of great quality. Be careful, the place is not huge and the turnout is important so write down the number and book!!! And Bon appetit!! Be well and thank you Paul

01/02/2024: Mi sono fermato per cena guidato dalle recensioni positive, e non posso che concordare. Il personale ti fa sentire a casa, menù variegato e proposte extra giorno per giorno. Per cominciare abbiamo preso un fritto misto e un piatto di fave e cicoria, davvero ottimo. Poi abbiamo preso una grigliata di pesce, che dire la qualità si sente. Ci tornerò volentieri quando sono di passaggio.
