A wonderful experience in the heart of Lecce. This restaurant manages to combine an elegant atmosphere, refined cuisine, and a hospitality that is increasingly rare these days. Excellent dishes, attention to detail, and a feeling of genuine warmth from start to finish. Truly an excellent experience at Volo Restaurant! The food is top-quality: the brasciola leccese is simply spectacular, far superior to the brasciola from Bari in flavor, tenderness, and authenticity. A dish worth the visit alone! Impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to detail. Special thanks to the owner, a truly charming woman: kind, attentive, and capable of making you feel right at home. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

03/06/2026: Wonderful restaurant, excellent ingredients, friendly staff. We ate really well, as if we were at home.
01/03/2026: I was greeted warmly upon arrival, despite my reservation. The place was welcoming, with a sea view and something unique. Friendly service. I only ordered fried fish, which was very satisfying. The place was clean. The quality/price ratio was also good. I will definitely return to try the first courses. Well done and congratulations.

30/05/2026: During our stay in Tricase, enticed by the good reviews, we went to dinner at this pizzeria. We had both excellent pizza and delicious arancini, which, as Sicilians, we particularly appreciated because they weren't greasy and the ingredients were very fresh. Mrs. Sonia and her staff are very professional and kind. Thank you for everything.
07/04/2026: We dined here on Easter Monday. We only realized afterwards that many families would be eating in the restaurant on Easter Monday, rather than in the evening. We had reserved in advance for the evening. Despite the fact that Antonio and his team had been busy all afternoon, they still took the trouble to welcome us. We were the only guests and were spoiled culinarily with homemade bread, focaccia, and a delicious amuse-bouche featuring very tasty aubergine with a lovely, firm texture. The spaghetti al noci was top-notch, as were the osso buco and the lamb shanks, all enjoyed with a glass of red wine from Manduria. We declined dessert. As an aperitif, we were served homemade limoncello. Antonio and your team, thank you for a wonderful culinary evening. Best regards, Ruut & Ilse
