We arrived at Soul e Cuore one evening somewhat by chance. Precisely the things that are born unstudied are those that leave the truest emotions inside. In the frescoed rooms of an ancient palace, in a setting of warm welcome and impeccable service, you find yourself in the presence of an elite cuisine. A cuisine made of quality products from which unique dishes are created. Dishes that prove to be a pleasure for all the senses while time seems to stop in order to fully enjoy refined flavours. We can only recommend this splendid reality, a true pearl in our often banal reality.

Beautiful ambience of the recommended restaurant. We came to it because of the attractiveness of the restaurant and the food, although we did not know that it had a Michelin star. When we saw it, we were afraid that it would be too expensive. It's not! The prices are a little higher, but not astronomical, so we enjoyed the dinner, the delicious flavors, the nice ambiance and the excellent wine.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed an outstanding dinner on the lovely terrace of Anima e Cuore, a real gem of a restaurant in Galatina.
Service was very friendly and the food was excellent, made from fresh local ingredients. We went for a three course dinner and every course was beautifully presented. I tried for the first time in my life a spumone, a local ice cream specialty, which was very nice.
I have to recommend ordering a glas of grappa. The waiters will pour you a glas of grappa from a very interesting container.

Sentivo parlare molto di questo ristorante… ero molto incuriosito e volevo vedere o assaggiare meglio dire la cucina dello Chef. Peccato non essere andato prima !!! Ottimo alla vista al palato e anche sul conto. Bravo Chef e staff torneremo presto
