04/10/2025: Incredibly friendly and service-oriented staff, very keen to ensure we had a good experience. The food was very good, but on the more expensive side and (compared to other restaurants in the area) small portions. However, the taste was incredible, and outweighed the quantity of food.

02/01/2026: Today I had lunch at this restaurant. The food was excellent, I'm exaggerating. In my opinion, it's among the best I've ever had in Salento. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely repeat it.

26/12/2025: A guaranteed family lunch, we had a wonderful time. The waiters were very kind and professional, and at the end of the meal, the hostess offered us coffee and liqueurs to wish us a Merry Christmas. I'll be back for Epiphany.

25/12/2025: The food was pretty inedible: overcooked pasta with no flavor other than boiled meat. The same went for the second course, dry pandoro. They brought the full plates back to the kitchen without even apologizing or bothering to understand why, given the rather uneconomical bill. Loveless cooking, zero attention to detail.

03/01/2026: The magic ingredients: Good food, tranquility, and kindness!!! ...Da Bruna is a restaurant I've been frequenting for years, and every time I find the same authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is based on genuine products, and you can clearly sense the love for good food and things done well. The restaurant is family-run, and this is immediately apparent: the kindness of the owners is one of its strengths. The pizza is delicious, with top-quality ingredients, as are the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all carefully prepared and flavorful...I've tried them all now. A special mention goes to Rossana, who embodies kindness personified and is also an excellent cook, capable of putting passion and skill into every dish. A place where I can relax and the quality is consistent over time.

We spent a bit because we didn't want for anything, but the quality of the food and wine was worth every penny. The fish was incredibly fresh, and they recommended the right wine to pair with the dishes. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! High quality, definitely recommended.

The service was impeccable, with great courtesy and attention to detail. Special thanks to Giordano, the owner, who gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes, from appetizers to dessert, making us feel truly pampered. We'll definitely be back!

27/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, one day during the Christmas holidays. We'd heard good things about it, and it deserved its reputation: we had excellent raw seafood (compliments to the accompanying sauces), a first course (tagliolini spunsale and anchovy colatura), a second course (sea bass with chard cream), and two desserts. Everything was delicious! It must be said: the price isn't cheap. The service was truly friendly, both to us and to our dog. I recommend it for a special occasion.

The super welcome, curated by Artur Bodini & Family, immediately set the stage for an experience of typical Salento flavors. The Chef has carefully selected the portions, just as the waiting staff is always very attentive to the customers' needs. The freshness of the raw materials is truly exhilarating on the palate, as are the suggestions for pairings with excellent wines from the best wineries, exceeding all expectations! Comfortable atmosphere both summer and winter with a room that has the warmth of family ❤️ thank you so much for this fantastic experience. See you again soon. Highly recommended!!!

18/01/2026: I was truly satisfied with this amazing Sunday lunch! I loved everything, from the hot appetizer to the fresh red prawns from Gallipoli, from the very special first courses to the dessert. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: The atmosphere was very nice, the staff equally friendly. The service was very fast and the pizza was delicious. What's not to be underestimated, at least for me, was the cleanliness: the bathroom was sparkling!

15/02/2026: What a mess! Customers packed like sardines at tiny tables where there's not even room for plates. The pizzas arrive while you're eating your appetizers, and for them everything is normal. The pizzas with hard, inedible dough are sent back, and the annoyed and rude waiter defends the indefensible!! Disgusting as it gets.

01/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Lecce. I've known it for many years, and every time I go, it's always a surprise. It's one of the few that satisfies me in every way. Excellent food, excellent service, and a stunning location.

23/09/2025: I really don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact I never do (truly I'm not just saying this) because I know the effect they can have an a business. However I think people should get a glimpse of the restaurant before coming here to spend a ton of money for subpar quality food. How can you be a in a region with an absolute surplus of olive oil and have food this bland at exorbiant prices. I don't think there was a grain of salt on any dish. It's also criminal to call an appetizer red prawns then get 4 pieces of the tail of a prawn that is barely bigger than a finger nail. I would have also rather been spared the "mixed greens" under my octopus as it was just that. Mixed green with nothing on them and majority of the leaves were rotten. Also a lobster pasta dish in which it requires you to crack your own lobster with your hands? Trying to make food into something "artistic" is the downfall of dining. Put something on the late that is worth eating and priced fairly. 45 minutes between starters and mains is a no for me as well. Rest assured this is an honest review....sadly
