As French people recently settled in the area, we've had lunch at Vico twice and highly recommend it! The service is excellent, the dining room is cozy, the terrace is pleasant and shaded, and the food lives up to expectations. For French speakers who don't speak Italian or English, one of the waitresses speaks French and she's really very friendly.
We'll be back :)

I highly recommend it! We were charmed from the start by the setting, the beautiful terrace surrounded by lovely cascading flowers. The dishes were incredible, delicate, and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

On the other side of the Duomo, away from the touristy streets, this restaurant is a real gem. Quiet and shaded, it serves cuisine far more refined than the touristy restaurants in the historic center. Bonus: Sasha is practically bilingual! Our favorite find of the day.
Arrive early at lunchtime to snag a table in the shade!

I absolutely recommend it. The food is excellent, and although I'm lactose intolerant, I found a variety of options, including dessert. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the service was excellent. The combinations were tasty and anything but ordinary. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the customer service was excellent. Finally, the location is delightful, just steps from Lecce Cathedral, yet not at all crowded; in fact, it's a quiet little corner, tastefully and delicately furnished.

A haven of peace, taste, and beauty. Authentic flavors with top-quality ingredients and perfect pairings. Turnips, legumes, and fried bread. Marinated carrots, with a puree in a yogurt and meloncella sauce, and dried fruit.

You know when you're walking around and see a restaurant that makes you think, "I'd love to sit here." That's exactly what happened today. We acted on that thought and haven't regretted it at all. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. We absolutely recommend it.
