We had dinner here yesterday evening, and it was absolutely delicious! We started with the octopus salad as an appetizer, which was excellent. For our main courses, we had two pasta dishes—one with seafood and the other the classic orecchiette. Both were outstanding and full of flavor. To finish, we had a lemon sorbet, which was the perfect ending to the meal.
The service was also fast and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, and we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Finally, a restaurant worthy of note.
The service was impeccable, as were their dishes, beautifully plated and presented.
We ordered appetizers: Burrata with crumbled frisella, cherry tomatoes, capers, arugula, and marinated anchovies.
Main courses: Mixed fried fish and swordfish baked in foil, all excellent.
Our pleasant dinner was accompanied by a good Verdeca Puglia.
The dessert finale was a delicious tiramisu.
Fair prices for being at the foot of the castle.
I HIGHLY recommend it.

The set menu offerings were not in line with the price and quantity of the dishes. We tried the set seafood menu, and the dishes, especially the mixed fried fish, were really limited. Furthermore, the fried fish was very salty and soft. Once we explained the problem, the manager simply excused himself by saying the quality of their products was excellent. I do not recommend it.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here for our anniversary. The restaurant offers both fish and meat options, with both set menus and the option to order à la carte.
Our fish order, from my perspective, was impeccable, from the appetizer to my main course. Absolutely fresh fish!
The young man who welcomed us was unfortunately very nice, apologizing several times for any delays during dinner, but alas, I can only thank him!

Authentic Salento cuisine with a gourmet touch
Impeccable and friendly service, and the recommended wines were a pleasant surprise.
Fresh and tasty seafood, a delightful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. We'll be back!
